Accommodation is well located between bus station and everything we wanted to see together. Due to an internal booking error, we got an upgrade to the family room :) Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, it was sometimes unbearable on the terrace due to the high tobacco and other smoking consumption as a non-smoker with a sore throat.

Beautiful and illuminated room with city view and close to all our points of interest! Ximena and Marcela were lovely. I loved the second floor terrace and the first floor patio, made the place feel very comfortable to share for a while outside the room.

Rodrigo and Cristian welcomed us very kindly, told us the story of the house and we had a very pleasant welcome, always very concerned and helpful. It fully complies with what was published and the breakfast was exquisite (the bread was delicious). We would definitely come back.

Angela is a wonderful person who opened the doors to her beautiful house for me. Breakfast exceeds all expectations and lets you get off to a great start to the day. The bed is very comfortable and large. The view from the room is truly incomparable.

A very nice place, quiet, the hosts are friendly and very friendly. The breakfast is very delicious😋. The comfortable room and the balcony great , the space for breakfast too. The peaceful surroundings the spectacular ocean view. I love your dogs and I hope to go back to see them again🐶. The car is outside but the sector is very good, you can breathe peace of mind . Thank you very much for everything.

Laura is a very welcoming host and gives us a lot of advice about things to do around. Everything is very functional and the accommodation has a very pleasant terrace with a very beautiful point of view on the cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Please note that a washing machine and dryer are available. Nevertheless, it will take 7000ps extra to use them.

Very beautiful and unique house. We felt very comfortable, it was a very cozy accommodation. Ximenia was an awesome host, she even gave us a map and pointed out some restaurant and bar recommendations! The shared kitchen was nice as well, especially the views from the terraces were amazing! We felt very safe though we took Ubers home at night (which was very cheap!). At breakfast you’ll get cuddles from the home owner’s cats 😍

Very Chevere, the accommodation, everything was as presented on the web. A very safe place. Victoria was very nice, I explained how to get to different places and gave us an explanation in detail of how to use public transport. Highly recommended.

Viktoria is very nice, as is her partner. They welcomed us very kindly. We talked as much as we could, since they were also very interesting people, related to music, which ended up in almost a personalized mini guitar class for my son Franco, who was happy with the kittens. We had a great time! We hope to return soon!!! Thank you very much, especially for breakfast!!!! hahahaha

The location couldn't be more perfect… ocean view terrace and almost crossing the street. While the room was small, it was clean and had everything needed. The breakfast is varied and exquisite. I would go back to this place a thousand times!

It's a very nice place, with very rustic and beautiful decor. The view of the place was beautiful and a lot of vegetation. Ximena was a sweetheart at all times, she made us feel at home. Points to highlight, their pets, unfortunately we could not see the cat, but the puppy was a beautiful little thing, also the breakfast, very complete, it was 10/10. It was excellent, Mariela was super friendly and the place had all the amenities mentioned in the listing as well as that it was clean and tidy.
