L’Estivale, reliée à d’autres logements par un joli patio, est une maison confortable, bien pensée et idéalement située au cœur du vieux Olhão. Elle offre le calme, tout en étant à deux pas de tout. Les atouts : un équipement complet, une literie de qualité, et un toit-terrasse très agréable avec jacuzzi et plancha. Merci pour cette agréable semaine. Olhão est vraiment une ville où il fait bon vivre !

Hartverwarmend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en alles werkt goed. De nachten waren nog vrij koud buiten, maar de verwarming dmv de open haard met luchtkanalen naar de slaapkamers werkte erg goed. En heel sfeervol. Het huis is heel ruim en heeft groot stuk land. In en om het huis is het enorm goed toeven. We hadden onze hond mee en die heeft genoten! Prachtig achterland waar je eindeloos kunt wandelen. En vanuit deze locatie kun je alle kanten op leuke, mooie ervaringen opdoen: de bergen in of juist alle stadjes, of stranden. We hebben in 3 weken heel veel goede restaurants bezocht, allemaal min of meer in de buurt, max 30 min rijden. Maar restaurant Luis do Prego is verderop aan de weg en al erg fijn. Tip: ga op donderdagavond naar de jamsessie in Clube de Tavira! Heel goed bezochte lokale club. Orlando en Armandra zijn superlief, vinden alles goed (ook qua kleine kinderen en de hond) en ze faciliteren alles wat je maar kunt bedenken. Kortom: aanrader!

Great view. Roomy, clean, lots of kitchen accessories . Isabel kept in touch well both before and during our arrival.

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu viert mit einem kleinen Hund und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Lage ist perfekt - sowohl für Sightseeing in Tavira als auch für Ausflüge. In Tavira ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ana hat uns vor dem Haus empfangen und hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Die Küche ist für ein AirBnB super ausgestattet. An einem Abend haben wir auf dem Dach gegrillt. Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! Perfect location and the accommodation was great with all amenities. The garden area is amazing with the added extra of the hot tub - sun all day and enjoyed fish on the BBQ in the evening. Couldn’t have been any better! Recommendation for local food was just round the corner at Taberna Vicentina restaurant. So good! Iguana cafe is worth a visit… sit out on the terrace with great views across the bay. We also walked around to Praia São Rafael and had a great pizza and drinks over looking the sea from the terrace at il Borgo. The accommodation is a very short walk into the main Old Town and the beaches. I met Carlos briefly and he was a lovely guy. Thank you for letting us stay, we really did have a great time.

Un logement spacieux, très bien pour un voyage entre famille ou entre amis ! La communication avec l’hôte était excellent. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances paisibles.

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Albandeira. Cecilia made sure our stay was comfortable and amazing. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and has views that can't be beat. The house is large enough for a big family or two families to stay together. It's without a doubt one of the best places we've ever stayed at.

Résidence spacieuse pour 12 personnes, jacuzzi et piscine au top surtout avec la chaleur. Maison bien équipée, grand parking pour les voitures. Bien située, avec beaucoup de choses à faire et voir aux alentours.

Excelente localização. Apartamento muito bem equipado. Condomínio com excelentes condições, piscina fantástica e muito próximo da praia São Rafael. Ambiente calmo, ideal para descansar. Apenas a referir que ainda não dispõe de Wi-Fi nem de tv por cabo.

Overall a fantastic villa for an extended holiday with family. The facilities and location were as expected and promoted, while not a new property it has aged well. The owner accommodated our need to have a disabled bed, wheel chair etc delivered prior to our arrival. We personally had a problem with very low sofas/chairs as we had elderly guests with us which resulted in us purchasing a lounge chair from Ikea. We left it for future guests. A few technical problems which we were unable to resolve with the team: * electrical gate chooses when to open which meant waiting several times trying to trick it to open. * pool heater/pump turned off (cleaner reset but it didn’t last) * jacuzzi never really worked with keys and temperature issues We would still recommend the Villa and the host

Brilliant, spacious well equipped villa, close to market, supermarket, bars and restaurants. 5min walk. Beautiful pool and BBQ area. Carlos was extremely helpful and responsive, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, it is in a lovely and peaceful location, which is perfect for kids and relaxing but also the restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We also regularly used taxi services to further away areas which were only a few euros. The cleaning service was a great added bonus, especially for a large group and Andrea was always very helpful with any queries we had. Rowny was brilliant and very helpful and responsive. We had a young baby with us & I had asked whether there was a pack and play that the baby could use whilst we were at the pool area. While it wasn't advertised, Rowny went out of her way to have one delivered to us, which was very much appreciated! The hosts were the best I have experienced on air B&B! The villa itself is very spacious , we had a group of 14 and everyone had plenty of space. I would recommend this Villa to anyone considering booking!

My family and I are so grateful for the time we have shared at Helder's beautiful place. He is very friendly, kind and welcoming. We were having a reunion to mark some special birthdays and the villa could not have been better for us. There was ample space for 12 of us (including 2 toddlers) with lots of outdoor and indoor choices for sitting and cooking etc. We made fantastic use of the pool and Jacuzzi. The cleaners do a great job of upkeep and there were plenty linen and towels to keep us going plus washing and drying facilities. Helder recommended some lovely taxi drivers for when we weren't driving but most evenings we stuck to cooking and eating as a family and really valued that time together. it is a lovely place and quite modern with one of the most well-equipped kitchens I've stayed in. It was also very secure for the little ones. We will treasure our time here and highly recommend to any larger groups!! Thank you Helder!!

En général je parle en premier du logement, Mais là je vais parler de l’accueil et du professionnalisme de IRYNA! Iryna, notre hôte, a été impeccable et nous avons été accueilli et suivi lors de notre séjour comme si nous étions passés par un service de conciergerie : Bravo Le logement était lui aussi parfait. Nous y avons passé un séjour fort agréable en famille, au calme. La piscine non chauffée est stimulante fin octobre.., mais le jacuzzi permet de se réchauffer rapidement et de passer un bon moment en famille. La cuisine fonctionnelle, la literie et les salles de bains sont des atouts de ce logement. Sans prétentions, ce logement est dans le top 3 des résidences dans lesquelles nous avons séjournés. Nous reviendrons!
