L'Estivale, connected to other accommodation by a pretty patio, is a comfortable, well thought out house in an ideal location in the heart of old Olhão. It offers calm, while being close to everything. The assets: complete equipment, quality bedding, and a very pleasant roof terrace with jacuzzi and plancha. Thank you for a lovely week. Our family (my husband, two daughters, and I) had the most wonderful time at this beautiful countryside Airbnb! The property is set in a peaceful, scenic location, surrounded by nature and endless charm. We enjoyed sitting in the garden just listening to nature. One of the highlights for us was being able to pick fresh oranges right from the trees — making our own juice each morning was such a special experience that our girls will never forget. We loved walking/running the paths nearby. Our host was available if we needed anything and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and activites. This was one of the most relaxing and memorable family trips we’ve had.

Great view. Roomy, clean, lots of kitchen accessories . Isabel kept in touch well both before and during our arrival.

Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! Perfect location and the accommodation was great with all amenities. The garden area is amazing with the added extra of the hot tub - sun all day and enjoyed fish on the BBQ in the evening. Couldn’t have been any better! Recommendation for local food was just round the corner at Taberna Vicentina restaurant. So good! Iguana cafe is worth a visit… sit out on the terrace with great views across the bay. We also walked around to Praia São Rafael and had a great pizza and drinks over looking the sea from the terrace at il Borgo. The accommodation is a very short walk into the main Old Town and the beaches. I met Carlos briefly and he was a lovely guy. Thank you for letting us stay, we really did have a great time.

Beautiful scenery. Pool as on the picture. Big kitchen. Nice quiet place. Spectacular sunrise/ sunset.

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Albandeira. Cecilia made sure our stay was comfortable and amazing. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and has views that can't be beat. The house is large enough for a big family or two families to stay together. It's without a doubt one of the best places we've ever stayed at.

Spacious residence for 12 people, jacuzzi and pool are excellent, especially with the heat. Well-equipped house, ample parking for cars. Well located, with lots of things to do and see around.

Overall a fantastic villa for an extended holiday with family. The facilities and location were as expected and promoted, while not a new property it has aged well. The owner accommodated our need to have a disabled bed, wheel chair etc delivered prior to our arrival. We personally had a problem with very low sofas/chairs as we had elderly guests with us which resulted in us purchasing a lounge chair from Ikea. We left it for future guests. A few technical problems which we were unable to resolve with the team: * electrical gate chooses when to open which meant waiting several times trying to trick it to open. * pool heater/pump turned off (cleaner reset but it didn’t last) * jacuzzi never really worked with keys and temperature issues We would still recommend the Villa and the host

Brilliant, spacious well equipped villa, close to market, supermarket, bars and restaurants. 5min walk. Beautiful pool and BBQ area. Carlos was extremely helpful and responsive, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, it is in a lovely and peaceful location, which is perfect for kids and relaxing but also the restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We also regularly used taxi services to further away areas which were only a few euros. The cleaning service was a great added bonus, especially for a large group and Andrea was always very helpful with any queries we had. Rowny was brilliant and very helpful and responsive. We had a young baby with us & I had asked whether there was a pack and play that the baby could use whilst we were at the pool area. While it wasn't advertised, Rowny went out of her way to have one delivered to us, which was very much appreciated! The hosts were the best I have experienced on air B&B! The villa itself is very spacious , we had a group of 14 and everyone had plenty of space. I would recommend this Villa to anyone considering booking!

Helder was a lovely host, really responsive and no question was too much, even after our drivers difficulty locating the property due to a road closure. The place was perfect and we are already planning a return for next year.

I usually talk first about the home, But I'm going to talk about IRYNA's hospitality and professionalism! Iryna, our host, was spotless and we were welcomed and followed during our stay as if we had gone through a concierge service: Bravo The place was also perfect. We had a very pleasant stay with the family, quiet. The unheated pool is stimulating at the end of October.., but the hot tub allows you to warm up quickly and have a good time with the family. The functional kitchen, bedding, and bathrooms are assets of this accommodation. Without pretensions, this home is in the top 3 of the residences we stayed in. We will be back!
