Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

With its generous spaces (190 m2 inside, 1250 m2 outside) and comfortable, the villa has a 70 m2 living area, a large fully equipped kitchen, 5 large air-conditioned bedrooms, two shaded terraces and a holm oak grove. The swimming pool (4x8m) is south facing. The villa is nestled in a very peaceful cul-de-sac where birds and cicadas sing.
