Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Beautiful, very quiet 70 m2 apartment with all amenities located on the 1st and top floor. It is 5 minutes from the highway junction between the A71 and the A89, exit 12.1. You will be the only occupants of this building in the heart of Combronde city center. A large enclosed courtyard is available to park your vehicle. You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

It is less than 10 minutes from the A71 and A89 highway junction, exit 12.1 Combronde and all amenities. This place is air-conditioned, non-smoking and pet friendly.
