This pretty house is ideally located on the road to beaches and tourist attractions: Ile Tudy, Sainte Marine, Bénodet, La Torche, Quimper... The recently renovated accommodation comprises : on the ground floor: a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet, a storeroom with a second shower room. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190). The large garden features garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. A garage is available for storing bikes, paddles, etc. WIFI included! The fireplace is not in use.

Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil et sera votre point de contact privilégié lors de votre séjour, ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne, avec sa magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif : 25€ grand lit, 15€ petit lit, serviette incluse).
