Vacation rentals with lake access in Combloux

We had a great weekend with friends. Close to Annecy and with many activities, the accommodation is super well located.

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

The place is really exceptional with the direct view of the lake and the charm of the village.. Very warm welcome, our hosts were particularly responsive to answer all our questions. The house is comfortable, modern and super well-equipped! Only bemol during busy weekends, walking traffic is not easy with young children on the lane that runs along the lake and is intended for both pedestrians and bikes.

A wonderful place to stay, in a perfect location. For paragliding and access to the lake, the location couldn't be better. Danielle is a warm and wonderful host, very friendly and helpful.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Accommodation completely as described. Located in a small village where you can find everything you need (bakery, charcuterie, caterer, restaurant, supermarket, etc.). Despite the cold winter, well heated apartment. Lots of stairs but well secured. Excellent!

We discovered Xavier's place last year and we're happy to come back this year. In the meantime our small family has grown but the apartment remains perfectly suited to our needs (a couple, a child and a baby).

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

This was our second stay at Laetitia's place, and once again, it was an amazing experience. Laetitia is such a wonderful host—friendly, approachable, and always ready with helpful information about the location and nearby facilities. Her place is incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic time skiing in Samoens, and the convenience of the shuttle bus stopping just 50 meters away from the apartment was a huge bonus. Laetitia, thank you once again for everything. We had a lovely weekend with family at Pauline's. Thanks to Pauline for the very clear check-in procedures. The accommodation is in a very good location and the photos are consistent with the accommodation. My grandchildren enjoyed the games available.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

We really enjoyed the week in the cozy cottage. The lake with beautiful swimming spots is within easy reach. Michelle was responsive at all times and had good tips for us. Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.
