On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

In a creative place (recording studio and photo lab), in the heart of the Parc du Perche, an independent little house for 2,3 or 4 on one level welcomes you comfortably with its pretty bathroom/wc from 2 nights. Here, it's waking up with the birds, having breakfast (+ €12 on request the day before) in our kitchen or in the garden, swimming in the swimming pool on sunny days, going to the flea markets and restaurants... and maybe... be learning the secret of photo printing with Frédéric.

Our stay at Isabelle’s place was absolutely unforgettable! Isabelle was beyond amazing as a host – warm, welcoming, and so thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location itself was stunning – beautifully peaceful and incredibly relaxing. While it’s remote and there aren’t shops or restaurants nearby, that added to the charm and tranquility. It felt like we had our own private sanctuary. The property is a dream, with so many thoughtfully placed little areas to relax, unwind, and just enjoy the surroundings. Whether it was sitting with a book or just soaking in the views, each spot felt special. And the house itself – wow! It’s stocked with everything we could need, and honestly, it looks like something straight out of a high-end design magazine. Every detail is beautifully curated, with a stylish, welcoming vibe that feels effortlessly sophisticated. I can’t recommend Isabelle’s place enough for someone looking for paradise. 😍

We had a pleasant stay, very nice decoration, neat and tasteful. A true haven of peace, surrounded by nature and a totally unobstructed view. The house is very well-equipped and true to the descriptions. Sophie is welcoming and full of good advice according to our desires in the area. I would highly recommend it.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

We had two excellent nights at Déborah's cottage, the environment is very peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The pool is large and at an ideal temperature for those who are sensitive to the cold like us. The accommodation is close to many stud farms for animal and nature lovers.

Excellent stay at Vanessa's with the surprise of discovering a very large garden with beautiful vegetation with swings, hammock, deckchairs and small corners for everyone. We discovered a festive and associative place in Mauves where we had the chance to attend a concert in a beautiful permaculture garden. Very beautiful forest of Bellème and village of La Perrière, lively market of Mortagne on Saturday morning, and swimming at the leisure center of Mamers... a dream stay... And the cats and kittens of Vanessa enchanted us... thank you!
