The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Lovely cozy rooms in a period cottage, within short bus ride of Bath city centre, and walking distance from beautiful country side. Tastefully decorated with touches of Scandinavian and cottage style. Cozy sitting room with log-burning stove. Very nice and neat appartment and private. Anthony and Laura are very nice people. Two points to mention: it would have been be nice if there had been a readinglamp in the sittingroom. And we had problems with the reception of the television. For the rest it was very good. Thanks a lot for staying.

I couldn’t reach the apartment because my car broken down and I requested her to refund me as the amount was refundable however she refunded me a part of amount 45 gbp. However she said that she ll give me the discount when I return back which is very unlikely as I was a tourist but overall she was sweet and kind and responded well. Whenever i come back I will stay at her place

Lovely little cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac. Easy to get in to the centre of Bath, either by bus or taxi. Cottage itself felt like a home from home with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again

Upon arrival, I was quite happy to find the accommodation exactly as described. Jeremy was very easy to communicate with. All directions were easy to understand. I was able to check in early(midweek)which was helpful as I had a bit of luggage. The bed was very comfortable and the linens as well. The location is excellent, wonderful for walking. A lovely park is just across the street. I was only in town for two nights to attend an event. I had wished I booked longer to enjoy the apartment and Bath. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here!

The living area features a wooden floor, a large coffee table, and a cozy seating arrangement with a sofa and armchairs. Abundant natural light enters through two full-length windows, offering views of the surrounding architecture and a glimpse of the hills beyond.

Really enjoyed our stay, as it was our first time in Bath this was the perfect location, not only a beautiful apartment but brilliantly situated for exploring the city! The apartment was clean and tidy and exceeded expectations and the host Julia went above and beyond! Definitely recommend!

Bath Bliss: King Comfort

Cannot fault this stay at all. From pre-check in instructions to check out. Everything was easily laid out and communicated. The property is beautiful and perfect for two people. The bed “fluffy cloud” comes to mind! The stay is a 5 minute walk to the centre and there are plenty of food and drink places on the door step. I would highly recommend this property, Ryan was on hand to help if we needed anything. Amazing price, amazing location. Thank you for accommodating us.
