Stylish town centre cottage with parking, a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches. It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. We had three lovely nights here and we were gutted to leave. Kath made us feel welcome, leaving homemade cakes for us. The house is very well appointed, with everything you can think of needing, including some milk ready in the fridge for a cuppa. Absolutely recommend it.

We loved our stay at Susan’s house. The house is so cosy and spacious. The garden was huge and perfect for an Easter egg hunt! We stayed with four adults and two young children and there was plenty of space. The sunroom was lovely for relaxing and for the children to play, and the garden was amazing. Susan was also very kind and communicative.

We had a gorgeous stay at Shuttaford Farm. There are so many lovely touches in the barn that you feel right at home, but it all feels very special and thoughtful. Fran was a terrific host - responsive and friendly, and even leant me a spare pair of walking boots when I realised I’d left mine at home! The surrounding area is just stunning - highly recommend a walk through Hembury Woods. Highly recommended for a family trip.

My friends and I visited Helena’s place and it was just perfect! It was clean and she had a lovely hamper for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and extremely walkable to the city. It rained for an entire afternoon on our stay but we chose to stay in and there were so many options of movies, games and books that kept us entertained. I would definitely come back :))

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Myself and my family stayed here for five days during the Easter holidays. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the fantastic view from the living room over the bay. It was beautiful and very peaceful. The beds are very comfy and the rooms were a good size. The house is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Cobb and we were very grateful for the 2 parking spaces that come with the property as parking in Lyme Regis can be very expensive. We ate out most nights and would recommend booking places in advance during school holidays as a few of the most popular places get booked up. We loved Swim Restaurant and Bar and loved the pizza from Poco down on the front. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return sometime.

A great place for a family gathering. Parking a bit hairy!!! but we didn't use the cars all week. So central everything was walkable.and when everyone walked to.Charmouth I.hopped on the bus and met them.there. Pizza oven was a great success.
