Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Columbia County

Started the summer off perfect here at this house. The property was perfect and the privacy was comforting. The house was so clean and very accommodating!

The house was very spacious for our family of 6. We loved the location, view, and short drive to everything we wanted to do.

Great weekend getaway. Kelly was the greatest host. Kelly was very accomodating for my elderly Dad & I. Beautiful house & great scenery. If you like peace & quiet, Kelly's house is it. Everything felt like I was at home. Returning in August.

Pleasant stay, clean and comfortable. Provided plenty of towels. Easy access and featured two garage spots. Quiet area and close to many hiking spots.

Beautiful home and perfect spot to stay in. Close to the Dells and Madison. Quiet neighborhood and pristine rooms. Very friendly and responsive hosts, will help out with any questions or concerns you may have. We will be definitely staying here again in the future.

Overall the experience at this cabin was great! The kids really enjoyed the pool as much as possible. A bit confusing getting in when we arrived as there are 3 lock box keypads. We saw the front door one last. The only other confusing thing was just making sure the laminated directions have only one WiFi address and password, and hopefully they will work next time. We weren't able to watch any tv at night when winding down with the kids, but it wasn't a huge deal, just would've been nice.

The place was nice with the large windows in the living room making for a peaceful and relaxing setting. The place had most of what we needed to enjoy our stay like it was our own home. The place feels quite secluded and private with dense woods surrounding the property. The only negative issue was the cleanliness of the property, while not bad, it could have been better. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

Wow the place is much bigger than the photos show!!!! We saw maybe two or three bugs over the three nights we were there — which is to be expected when the place is next to the woods. The area is absolutely gorgeous. And do check out the Ski-Hi Farm that they own up the hill!

Andrea made it feel like home! Super clean! She thought of everything! Her decor was awesome and very well taken care of.

Great room and space for family fun!!! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for more than one family. We had a couple of questions before and after booking, Hamilton’s response time was shockingly fast! If the room meets your needs, book with Hamilton for a stress free experience!

The place was great! The apartment was beautifully furnished, had lots of space and was easy to access! The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was spotless upon checking in! It was an amazing place to stay! Dustin and Tammy were also great at communication too, always quick to respond and very helpful! Only had one complaint about my stay which was parking. The airbnb does have one dedicated space but we had 4 vehicles between the 6 of us that stayed. So three of us had to park in the lot next door and I got two parking tickets and one of the other guests got one too. Since one of our party was parked in the dedicated space. That’s the only downfall is the City of Wisconsin Dells parking enforcement, but otherwise the apartment was a lovely place to stay for the weekend and the hosts had great hospitality!

Hunters place was the best spot for my bachelorette party!! The place was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a great location!

We love staying at Glacier Canyon Lodge. It is a bit of a hike to get to all the parks and attractions but we don’t mind getting out and walking. The Wyndham wing is always much quieter and has almost no foot traffic as opposed to the rest of the resort. We would definitely book with Larissa again. She was very helpful in getting our whole family into rentals.

Quiet, peaceful place to spend our honeymoon. It was a much needed escape and loved the onsite pool and hot tub that was available. My wife and I have agreed this is a fantastic spot for a family vacation in the future. Mid to late October is great for folks looking to avoid the busy season or anyone wanting a more laid back experience.

Their suite was perfect for our mini vacation and is close to other activities and attractions in the Dells. Waterpark wristbands were included in the reservation for the Wilderness Resort parks and was just a short walk to the waterparks through the skywalk. We will definitely come back for another trip soon!!

Was able to text John directly and had great communication and responded quickly. Also had missed booked the weekend and he was able to get it switched to the right weekend and was on top of it very professional.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the closeness to Dells activities. We had a wonderful dinner at the Del-Bar Supper Club, which was very close by. We also enjoyed the complex's hot tub and pool as well as the beach. Regarding things to do: We really liked the Upper Dells boat tour to Witches Gulch. The complex was big enough that extended family found another unit that fit their needs, and we all hung out without being on top of one another. Great time. I'd do it all again. A++

What a perfect place to enjoy downtown Dells! The location is ideal for walking the Riverwalk, taking a boat tour, enjoying the live music downtown, or whatever else you have in mind. The property grounds were well-kept, including a spotless outdoor pool. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, everything in good-working condition, and plenty of extras for things you might need. Alex messaged us early on our arrival day letting us know the unit was vacant and we could check in whenever we wanted - so nice! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was a perfect spot for so many activities in walking distance. Definitely would recommend this place to any large group. Just be mindful that there are a lot of stairs.
