We absolutely loved our stay here! Darin’s house and property are wonderful. The cleanliness, attention to detail, privacy, quiet, amenities- everything was perfect. Our two children - 2 and 4 years old loved it as well. Darin was always responsive with recommendations and answers to any questions we had. The location is perfect- close to numerous trails and cute restaurants. Thank you so much Darin! We can’t wait to come back :)

We had such a peaceful and beautiful stay here. We came with our young kids and it was perfect. The home is incredibly warm, thoughtfully decorated, and fully furnished, a lot of care and intention went into every detail. Beyond what others have shared, we appreciated the sound system in the dining and living room (perfect for cooking vibes), the nightlights for the kids, a fully stocked kitchen, —plenty of towels, wine stoppers, even a cocktail kit!. Our kids were obsessed with the play area—they spent hours outside every day! They also have an arcade shed! Since we visited in the winter, we didn’t get to use the pool, hot tub was a hit. The house is in a peaceful, private area with a view of the mountains, and in the mornings we saw deer in the fields. The natural light that pours into the home was one of my favorite parts—it made everything feel calm. It’s a beautiful home-The hosts were also incredibly responsive and kind. We can’t wait to visit again.

I genuinely can’t say enough about this place. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thoughtfully designed, super clean, and filled with the kind of details that make you feel at home. The plants throughout the space add such a calm, lived-in vibe, and the views are unreal. The outdoor areas were perfect for lounging while it was warmer (we visited mid April) but it’s definitely a spot you can enjoy in any season! The bathrooms and appliances, the WHOLE place is all super modern and brand new, but still feels really cozy and welcoming. And the host are truly one of the best we’ve ever encountered. So kind, so responsive, and even sent over local event links to help us find cool things to do in the area on Easter Sunday! We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this one is easily in our top 5. Zero regrets booking it and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful AirBnB. The house is gorgeous and very well decorated - feels like you are right at home. The kitchen is a great size - seems to be completely up-to-date with new appliances and fully stocked with anything you need to cook a meal at home with. As expected, the hot tub felt great. Great communication prior to and during my stay. Check-in directions were very clear - very grateful for their proactiveness. The few questions that I had, our hosts were very quick to answer. With three good sized bedrooms in this home, this would be a great place for one person, all the way up to a small group looking for a quiet weekend escape. Would immediately book this place if you are considering it - you won't regret it.

Cozy home, with a very nice kitchen / dining room to gather in. High ceiling, warm lighting, and a few thoughtful antiques/decorations. Great place for evening games after a day on the slopes!

This was my second time at the Washington House. This time we stayed in the suite downstairs. We both loved how clean and well decorated the room was. Kelly pays attention to the small details and we felt right at home. Accessibility is important for us since my partner use crutches for mobility. This room suited our needs perfectly. There were only two small but manageable steps we needed to use to in order to get in. Finding an Air BnB with a room on the first floor is a rarity for us and this place was a gem. Right across the street there is a convenient grocery store and a bar/restaurant. We opted to drive down the street to the Roe Jan Brewery and it did not disappoint! This place is perfect for a quiet weekend or a trip to see a show in Great Barrington. We look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at Casa Lobato with a group of five friends and a two-year-old, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is incredibly spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We particularly loved the expansive view from the house overlooking the valley—it was truly breathtaking. The location is perfect, with easy access to the town, making our stay even more convenient. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, offering us a flexible check-in time and providing valuable information about the nearby areas. Overall, Casa Lobato exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway.

Such a lovely spot! Beautiful, reclaimed farmhouse. Only thing of note is that noise does travel very easily through the home, both from below and throughout the apartment. Other than that, the listing is perfect!

Austin is an incredible host and provided us with an amazing stay. The home is well equipped and has stunning views. The home is in a quiet and private neighborhood but only a few minute drive to the shopping areas in Catskill and Hudson. The home is also conveniently located near many activities for nature enthusiasts including the Hudson riverwalk and high falls waterfall. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Catskill/Athens/Hudson area.
