Wonderful apartment would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to colorado to visit. Adi was so friendly and helpful and very communicative.

We had a great stay at this quiet basement studio near Colfax Street in Denver. The space was perfect for a couple of nights—clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was nice and firm, making for a comfortable night’s sleep. The location was ideal, especially for attending a show at the Ogden, which was just a short walk away. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The only minor downside was parking, but that’s to be expected in Denver. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place - the house is compact, but still worked really well for our family of six! The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook, and the side yard was great for the kids to run around a bit. Teresa provided some fun recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and walking paths nearby, which was great!

Great location. Very responsive and hospitable.

Apartment is very nice. Nicely decorated. Everything worked and no problems. Short drive to restaurants, stores. Basic dishes, pots and pans. If you do a lot of cooking, you may want to pack any special things you need. No tv's in bedrooms, we just used our tablets. Charlie responded quickly to text. We would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for, people housed here were warm and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful spot and was able to get work done as well. Close proximity to the downtown area. Vintage decor and some modern amenities. One small TV but we didn’t spend much time indoors so it was just fine.

Rachel keeps the place very clean and a well stocked kitchen. It's just a few blocked from the main drag of Telluride.

We had an excellent stay here! It was very cozy, clean, and a great space overall. The view of the lake was amazing. The front side of the building doesn't have the greatest curb appeal, and the deck is shared between occupants, just an FYI.

We were stuck in Steamboat for an extra night due to weather and Tara was quick to respond and help us out. She was able to get us checked in early which was essential with our young daughter. In addition, we left her snowboard at the location and she worked with us to help us find it. I can't thank her enough for her help!

Great location for a group ski trip! Condo was very close to ski lifts and rental shops. Everything was very easy and convenient for skiing Copper Mountain and even a day trip to A Basin with a small group. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our week stay at the condo. Literally right next to the ski run. Super convenient to the village yet private .

The layout of the condo is well designed and all the furnishings are very comfortable. There are fancy towels and bedding. There is lots of closet space in each bedroom, and good table spaces for eating and playing games in the main room. Having a half bath on the main level was very convenient. It is easy to walk from the condo to the downtown area to eat and shop. It is right across the street from a small grocery store and a gas station, with a great coffee shop in the next block. The condo is right on a busy (for Durango) corner so at night we ran white noise apps on our phones, which worked fine for sleeping. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.😊
