Great place to stay for exploring Scottsdale and enjoying Arcadia neighborhood life

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

Amazing spot right off the strip! Super comfortable and easy to get to. Biggest bang for my buck I’ve ever had in Vegas! I’ve had rough Airbnb experiences and this was by far the best ever!

Alexander was very responsive to my questions. The condo is lovely and spacious. It was clean. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The location makes it easy to get to places in/around Scottsdale and Phoenix. Nice neighborhoods/areas to walk close by. We would stay again.

Stephen’s place was great - about a ten minute walk across the street from the Palms! Easy to get to, didn’t have any issues with the security at the front of the complex, and apartment was very clean!

Very pleasant getaway. Close proximity to downtown, clean and affordable. Wonderful communicative hosts.

This was the perfect spot for our first trip to Vegas. Spent 4 nights and the space was perfect us. We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfasts in the well appointed kitchen space and the partial view room we got was awesome! So much fun to end the nights looking at the Eiffel Tower out the window. Thanks for everything!!

We moved to Tatum’s place mid vacation due to a bad experience at the original location we booked. She allowed us to drop off bags and use the pool prior to check in. She was responsive to questions and the home was very comfortable.

We loved the gated community that made us feel safe! We were able to walk to the coffee shop, breakfast, Safeway and a nice restaurant! We loved the pool! Underground out of the sun parking was a major plus! Thank you!

Khalida is a great host, when it comes to communication she is top tier. She was very accommodating and responsive. The condo looked exactly like the pictures described. If and when I go to Vegas again, Khalida will be first on the list.

I would recommend staying at this location for anyone wishes to be close to the strip. The check-in process was fast and easy, I would say, take cash with you. The valet is free, they go off tips. Overall I would stay at this location again.

2nd stay was as great as the first. They are very responsive and attended to anything that came up. Will continue to stay there during my trips back.

I cannot give enough Stars to say how satisfied we were with our stay! Amanda was extremely responsive, so accommodating, and really went over and beyond what we even expected from a Superhost! This property is pristine and so tastefully decorated. And the amenities are so fun! I would love to stay here again - I actually think this is THE best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve stayed at many)! Thank you, Amanda!

Leila’s place was beautiful. She accompanied us with a late check out which was fantastic. Leila responded quickly to our message and was very helpful. We had an our annual cousin reunion in Phoenix and this home was ideally located to get around to city. The amenities in home fit the bill. Thank you Leila. We will book again.

This house was everything we expected! If you want to be near the Strip, this may not be the house for you—we chose a quieter location. Strip w/ traffic = 20+ mins, w/o = 15-25 mins. Airport w/o traffic = 15 mins, w/ = 30 mins. We’re a family of drivers, so if driving isn’t your thing, reconsider. Gretchen & Mark were EXTREMELY responsive & always available. The outdoor space was great for all ages! We loved the pool, slide, hot tub, & fire pit. The pool was too cold due to weather, but some still braved the slide. The fire pit & hot tub were the main hangout spots—late-night bonfires & s’mores were a highlight. Two notes: the house is on a well system, so showers are advised to be 5 minutes—understandable but not ideal. For light sleepers, choose a room with a door—one upstairs room is only separated by a curtain. Overall, had a great stay & highly recommend this home for large groups (13-15 ppl) looking for a NV vacay. Great getaway for those unconcerned with Strip proximity!

The house is a lovely spot with tons of great entertainment spaces. The house was very clean and Brian was an excellent host! I would definitely stay here again with friends if I come back to Phoenix.

Beautiful views that will take your breath away! Very secluded. Loved that is was fenced in for my two dogs to enjoy the yard. The sun room is an extra touch, was nice to have meals in there! We definitely will be back!
