Cottage vacation rentals in Colorado River

My family and I stayed in the gorgeous cabin for Easter. We had a TON of unexpected snow and it was beautiful! Sitting in the spotless hot tub surrounded by snow is *chefs kiss*. Carissa was a fantastic host; super proactive/communicative and provides everything you could need for a weekend away in the pines! The game room phenomenal and came in clutch while being snowed in. We will definitely be staying here again, with one of our kiddos on the way to NAU! ❤️❄️

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

I was looking for a peaceful place with a hot tub to relax on a long roadtrip, and this cabin did not disappoint! I LOVED the backyard. It’s obviously built to accommodate a handful of people but I booked it as a solo traveler and it was a perfect little paradise. Very cozy, very cute, very relaxing. I will likely stay here again when passing through.

Cabin was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. For a cabin, it was spacious and the furniture complimented the space very well. The only issue, that wasn’t really an issue per se was that the upstairs sleeping area was a little warm despite having two AC units in the cabin. However, it was not so warm that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. As far as the amenities/activities made available to the guests were great. There’s things for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

This Airbnb was comfortable and convenient. Good mattresses and lots of amenities. The hosts were very responsive too. We are not very tech savvy but they answered our questions almost immediately. Highly appreciated!

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

This casita was a lovely space, decorated in a Southwest theme, with big picture windows and a back porch with views to the mountains. Bernd and Melany have put a lot of thought and spared no expense into providing everything the guests need. They were very hospitable and generous without being intrusive. We enjoyed spending some time with them, learning about their interesting lives. The casita is near several state parks with hiking trails, and one can also walk in the wash below it and on local roads. We saw rabbits and a variety of birds, and our trail camera picked up a few javelinas and a fox at night. The heating/AC is very responsive. I enjoyed the spa, which Melany heated to what I wanted, which was not too hot. We thoroughly recommend this place, especially for those who love the outdoors.

Great remote getaway, traveled to Grand Canyon and Sedona and was central to both places.

Brians place was perfection located just outide Sedona. Very picturesque! We felt right at home here. The kitchen was great ! Plenty of room to spread out. And Brian has everything you need to cook. One thing I would recommend is to have some cleaning products under the sink to be able to clean before and after. The yoga mats were a nice touch and we really enjoyed the record player too!

Great place to stay for access to Kanab and North Rim areas! Everything is just as described. Host was available and communicative, although we didn’t need to reach out for anything as everything worked fine and had no issues. Would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and Mad was a great host! We were close to several locations so we were always busy!

Very clean! Paul answered questions about kitchen before we arrived. Very responsive! In town to visit friends who winter in Quartzsite. Very convenient. Grateful this location was available when prior booking cancelled due to renovations not yet done! Would stay again if in area.

my brother and his wife came from No. Carolina to spend time with family. I wanted to get them a place that was Arizona vibe. They could not stop talking about how wonderful the place was and the host was a joy along with the puppy dogs. Thank you Jody for making their stay an enjoyable time.

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway! We stayed in the backyard of the house and it was far enough to feel private and cozy. Chante was a very responsive hostess and even gave us recommendations on experiences while we were in town. The location is perfect if you are visiting Phoenix or Scottsdale as well as Tempe. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything was wonderful. I didn't have time to iron my clothes before I came, so I inquired about an ironing board—it wasn't generally in the unit, but it was when I was there. That was proactive and kind. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken, but stuff happens—I normally like to come home with all my clothes clean. It is in a very quiet area. And Robin was very responsive.

We really loved this little cottage!! It was really close to the downtown area and we were able to walk to most places we needed to!! There was a bit of food in the house which I thought was a nice touch and the back porch was perfect for star gazing! Would definitely return!!!!

Wow! If you love nature, animals and peaceful surroundings this IS the place to stay! The best labeled and provisioned Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Perfect place to self-cater and enjoy the colorful birds, chipmunks, coyotes, rabbits, and javelinas right outside your window. Great private location yet close to all the tourist offerings and hiking opportunities of Sedona. Trail right outside your cottage is beautiful and well marked by owners. Bed is comfy, soft fluffy towels and nice hot shower. Kitchen has freezer and fridge and ninja pressure cooker/air fryer. Loved having laundry facilities after 6 days of exploring and hiking Southern UT and Northern AZ. Owners are friendly and helpful and have an amazing area guide book full of great things to check out and do. Javelinas made our day. Seeing wild animals right at your doorstep is such a unique treat! Everything is so well thought out at this Airbnb! We hope to be back and stay longer!

Our stay in Sedona was brief but this house made our stay amazing. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. All of the furniture was comfortable to relax on. This home was one of the cleanest ones that we have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular as well. We did not have the opportunity to hike the trails near by but they looked like they would be great. West Sedona is quiet and away from the noise and road congestion. I would recommend this home to everyone.

Yes this house is old .. but that is also its charm. It’s a great location and walkable to whiskey row and other restaurants . It also felt safe and comfortable. Host cares and was friendly. We stayed here for the whiskey 50 mtn bike race! Prescott is a great place to visit and locals are friendly
