Beautiful little apartment, conveniently located with a gorgeous pool area! The host was very responsive to my messages and the complex felt safe and quiet.

This property was amazing and the host was nice and communicated well. The property was so spacious and beautiful the two balconies had amazing views and the vibe was outstanding!!! I will deff stay here again when visiting Las Vegas!!!!!

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

This place was very cozy and exactly as described . Very nice outdoor area and beautiful scenery. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen on a vacation . Great location and lots to do nearby .

We had a great stay—5 stars all around! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with soft towels and thoughtful extra amenities in the bathroom. Tong was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

For our first time in Vegas it was amazing it made my girlfriends 21sr birthday special beautiful view nice pools and the buffet was amazing 10/10 I’m definitely coming back and booking with Chris again!!.

Edward was a terrific host. His place is exceptional, pristine, beautiful view of the mountains and awesome location. It is private yet walkable to almost everything or a short lyft/uber ride. The staff is beyond courteous, kind and helpful. I felt like I was at home and did not want to leave. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Edward's place at the Palm Place. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our first time in Vegas at Patrick’s condo at the Signature. Everything was exactly as expected. The indoor walk to MGM grand is quick. From MGM Grand you can easily walk over to New York New York and Excalibur. Easy walk outdoors to the strip as well. We used the valet and there was never a wait. Getting Lyft and Ubers was very easy as well. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we have an opportunity to return.

My wife & I got married in Las Vegas! Tanner’s place was exactly what we were looking for! It was private, quiet, had an excellent view, and all staff were professional. We will 100% stay here when visiting Las Vegas.

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Really great stay at a really great place. Michael is an excellent host - really on the ball and fun to communicate with. The unit itself is wonderful - spacious, comfortable, stunning decor, and the views are jaw dropping. Location is also ideal - close to the strip but just far enough away to avoid traffic headaches (and to enjoy the best views of the strip in town). Free self park is also a rare and wonderful thing in Vegas. Highly recommended and hopefully I’ll stay there again someday.

I can't express enough the appreciation for Greg and his accommodations. He's thought of everything to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible. This is my first review and Greg deserves it. Clear instructions and VERY responsive with messages. Forget to bring coffee? Greg has you covered. Coffee sweetener /creamer, he's got you covered on that as well. He even has a snack drawer ready for his guests consisting of protein bars, assorted cereal bowls, chips, cookies, etc... He's even gone so far as to have a jar of facial cleanser/makeup remover towelettes in the bathroom. It's as great as it sounds and you couldn't be any closer to the elevator in Greg's 29th floor unit. Our flight arrived very early and then our return flight was delayed. Because the Suite was not occupied the day before and already clean, Greg let us occupy it much earlier than he needed to. When we ask for a late check out due to the delayed flight, Greg did what he could to help us out there. Thanks, Greg!

The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view of Vegas, clean amenities, hot water, and cool AC! Khalida was very responsive and met all our needs will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home. The host left waters in all bedrooms which was a nice touch. The backyard is the best part. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Michelle’s home was very clean, comfortable and cozy. There was enough space for my family of 6, we enjoyed the game room, the pool, hot tub and outdoor area for relaxing and cornhole. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of travel and the neighborhood was friendly. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel again.

We stayed here for a short weekend trip to Sedona and loved our accomodations! I was worried about not being in the thick of Sedona, but the village of oak creek was perfect. Close enough to popular hikes and restaurants, but far enough to enjoy the sunset after a long day. The highlight of every evening was sitting on the patio and watching the family of deer come by to graze. The house was clean and comfortable with a working kitchen. We were easily able to cook a few family meals and a grocery store is a mile away for any extra ingredients we needed. Blake was proactive and was available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sedona!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

The place was unbelievably comfortable and welcoming! Had everything we could have needed and more. Kris was incredibly responsive and very friendly. My mom and I found the location to be perfect, 15 mins to the airport and 10 mins to the strip. Thank you for making our girls trip exactly what we needed, 10/10 would recommend!!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend with the girls! Air BnB comfortably fit all 9 of us and we were able to save money by spending a lot of time on the property. The lake was beautiful, the local restaraunts and bars were… not so beautiful, very basic fried bar food, MAGA central, but fortunately we were able to avoid those kinds of people and spend most of our time at the Air BnB.

From the moment we walked into this Airbnb we were thrilled to stay 3 nights at this location. We wished we could have stayed longer. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained. The location was perfect with beautiful views and birds chirping all day. We were able to walk to the Chapel of Holy Cross as well as a another trail (Im sure there were others also within walking distance). I appreciated being close enough to the tourist attractions and shops/restaurants of Sedona but also in a set back area where we were able to have some peaceful quiet time to relax. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, basketball hoop, and the gym area. The beds were all very comfortable and the layout of the home was perfect for our family. I cant say enough positive about our experience here! We also enjoyed pink jeep tours, horseback riding in Cottonwood, and a visit to Jerome/Hynes to do some gold panning with the kids.
