Great stay. Great location. Stayed with my husband and 3 kids, 12, 7 and 8 months. Outside sitting area allows for more space to eat dinner and sit by the fire on the patio. Close walk to the water where there are covered patio spaces near the water first come first serve. Comfy bed in the master bath. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials. Couch pulls out to become a bed. Covered parking spot. Close driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

My 3rd stay at Arizona oasis. It’s a little slice of heaven. Beautiful beach and great amenities. The office staff is SO nice!!! Be prepared for more of a glamping experience, but we love it and will continue to come back!

Bombay Beach is a great and unique place and this house was very comfortable and roomy and convenient -- if you want to come her you should -- also Sunny was a super host, very reachable, able to solve anything that came up.

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!

We had a great time. The house has been updated nicely, spacious and comfortable for our family of 8. The back yard was so comfortable and nice to sit out and eat dinner and play in pool. The back is off a main road so their are high traffic times and the pool is not heated but we still jumped in and had a wonderful time! It's about 20-30 minutes to the strip so if you don't have a car might not be for you but there are still many restaurants, stores, small casinos and parks near by. 5 out of 5 stars. Tom and Mei were very responsive and welcoming.

This is the perfect place for golfers. Loved watching them golf. Christopher place was clean, very well stocked with spices and every baking dish you would want. There are plenty of flatware and dishes in the kitchen. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The garage was a real asset. The hot tub was wonderful on the colder days, just the right temp. All in all I hope we can return.

Michael's place was fantastic! I would highly recommend. Just as described with up to date photos. conveniently located to the English Village of the London Bridge, the city itself and the Rotary Community Park. the place was spotless and had all ammendities needed. The balcony was large enough for 3 ppl comfortably and to do yoga on. neighbors were friendly and getting thru the gate and into the door was easy. extra to note, the sheets were super soft, not your basic bleached hotel linens.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. When making my reservation, I made a mistake. They were extremely helpful with helping me to get that remedied. If visiting Vegas again, we will definitely be staying there. It’s nice and quiet, a peaceful spot to get away from all the chaos of Vegas. Much appreciation from Alaska.

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and walk up to the river from there! Plenty of space to rest and wine down from the river activities. Clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was great. The house was very clean and cozy. The space was exactly as described. The amenities were above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Just if it wasn't clear, this is a guesthouse, there are other people walking around the property, this wasn't a problem, but I didn't realize until we got there. The house itself was very nice and comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes to cook and the water and ice was also a plus!! The bathroom is very spacious and the lighting is great! There was also plenty to watch on the tv which was nice! There was some strange noises at night coming from outside, probably the wildlife, but nothing too loud, just kind of spooked us lol. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you are in the area, the house is perfect for two and it was nice for our little getaway :)

This is the 3rd time that I and my guests have stayed at Lisa's beautiful/spacious house. It has everything that you will need in the kitchen. As always it was spotless. Despite 114 degree temperatures the 3 air conditioners kept the house at a constant, comfortable temperature. Located just steps from the Colorado River, you can take your choice of swimming, tubing, boating, or fishing. There is a wonderful dock and boat ramp. My son always catches bass and catfish from the dock. If you just want to relax and enjoy the river, you can sit out on the large, screened in patio and use the grill. Lisa is very cordial and quick to reply to any of your requests. If Lisa will have me again, I will be back next year. George Wetmore

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.
