Salute is a beautiful country house built 12 years ago on a 24-hectare field located 2 km from the city of Nueva Helvecia. It has a 12x3 meter swimming pool with perimeter wiring for safety, ideal for swimming and a grill and wood oven area with shade for lunches. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and an inverter air conditioner in the dining room. A fireplace in the living room and three Bosca wood-burning stoves in the bedrooms give warmth to the house.

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
