Villa vacation rentals in Colonia del Sol

I rate this villa 5 stars because John was an exceptional host. We had a few issues which he was quick to resolve and very fair. The villa was a lot older than in the photos having said that it is very spacious well kitted out and a great location. Our main concern was the pool area which was a lot smaller than appeared in the photos. We had a concern with the open pool area as we had small kids so John had a security fence installed especially for us. We had a very enjoyable stay at Cabo. Thank you John for your quick responses to any concerns we had.

Lolo and Carrie’s place was perfect! The photos were great but it was even better in person. The whole place was well stocked and clean. From kitchens to bathroom and pool/beach gear. The upstairs living area was stocked with games for the whole family. We took 10 people with us and it never felt crowded. Ubers were a quick ride to the marina/ main beach and back. The pool at the villa was perfect. My kids loved going out at night to swim after a long day. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Casa M thanks to Marco and his incredible team. After a hiccup with our original booking, Marco personally greeted us and offered to move us to Casa M — and we’re so glad he did! The villa was stunning, with cool A/C in every bedroom, a hot tub we used nightly, and a peaceful, private neighborhood where we felt completely safe. Marco was super communicative and helped arrange airport transfers, a private chef (Erica — 10/10!), and even a boat trip. The staff was kind, polite, and always accommodating. We’d return in a heartbeat — thank you again, Marco!

We had a fantastic stay at the Secret Garden. The view was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the location and being able to listen to the waves crashing at night. Autumn was a wonderful host, very welcoming and attentive to any needs we had!

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The community was lovely and having access to a small gym was a great add for the group. Marco was extremely responsive and helpful with all our needs [from needing a doctor / IV for one of the girls who got the flu to grabbing groceries to arranging transportation]. The level of service was felt and appreciated. It was great to have a daily cleaning (which we did not get at the other Villa we rented earlier in the week). There is a little construction close to the Villa, but I didn’t impact our stay (we barely noticed it). Finally, the Villa does not have filtered water so we had to purchase ice and bottled water for the trip (you can make it work, but should just be prepared)!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful apartment! The resort is fantastic, the apartment was perfect and super clean, the staff went above and beyond and I could not recommend this place more. It’s also in a great location and all of the communication was super clear and easy. Jane and her team made this trip go so smoothly, which is especially important during Covid. Thank you so much to Jane and her team for such a great week!

The house has several spacious stays, a spacious kitchen. The three upstairs bedrooms are great. The fourth bedroom (ground floor) has the detail that you must first pass through the laundry room to reach it. We were recommended a girl for daily work and washing our clothes. It's in the nicest area of Cabos. There is a market less than 100 meters away. The tennis court, pool, jacuzzi very well. We would stay again in this house. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations! Jon and Berenice were absolutely gracious and provided amazing hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed. Located in a secure, gated community, the level of safety was outstanding, ensuring that travelers from around the world can feel at ease. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and the breathtaking views from the outdoor fireplace area - simply phenomenal! The location is ideal for visiting Los Cabos, just about 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas and around 25 minutes from San José del Cabo. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. From the moment we booked, the hosts provided all the necessary details and continued to communicate seamlessly throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered immediately, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend this AirBnB.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Posada. The home is spacious with high ceilings and 4 very private en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop deck was peaceful for morning, coffee and watching the sunrise. Great safe neighborhood walkable to several high-end resorts and the beach. Family, friendly pool and neighborhood. We would love to come back someday.

What an amazing place from the amenities to the beautiful view of the ocean from their balcony! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Our family had a great time whether we were just hanging out at the villa or whale watching on one of the excursions. I highly recommend both this location & this specific Villa. We felt very safe both from the security of the complex to walking downtown for dinner.

This is such an incredible place to stay! The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony are beautiful! The balcony is huge! The unit itself is fantastic- tons of space for our family, super clean, and decorated super cute! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for food and drink prep. Maggie was super sweet and helpful, she welcomed us and showed us around. The beach was also amazing, walkable and swimmable. The pool was heated and the people working at the resort were always very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend this beautiful and amazing location, we loved everything about it and would go back in a heartbeat!!

Our stay at Villa Carolina is exceeded all of our expectations. The attentiveness and service was outstanding of this world. Villa is in a gated community and we felt extremely safe the entire trip. Naomi / Paloma were phenomenal helping me plan out my activities and Pablo our concierge was AMAZING as he was always responding and making sure we were getting what we needed. Our drivers were extremely respectful and always on time. 1000/10 - thank you to the full team who helped make this trip possible!

We had a wonderful vacation that was very relaxing at this wonderful villa.

We recently stayed at Casa Sikha for 10 days. We are not Cabo newbies and transitioned from the Medano Beach Area to this house. This was a multi-generational vacation with 2 retirees, 2 teenagers, my husband, and myself. From start to finish everything was perfect. We were greeted by Juan and Salvador with homemade ceviche, guacamole, and salsa. I had previously read on a review that this might be the case so I sent them a quick note to let them know we had an allergy to onions. When we arrived all the goodies were onion-free. Juan helped us unpack our groceries, he had previously asked if we needed any but we had a pretty good amount from the beach stay. He walked us through everything in the house showed us how-tos and not-tos. There is a book(bible) that tells you everything you need to know about the house and places and people to go and see to make your vacation most memorable. Our teens (18+) loved the gym a short walk. We spent every morning enjoying the sunrise on the roof drinking coffee, and every evening enjoying the sunsets drinking margaritas! The pool is the perfect temp and the multiple lounge areas in the backyard help you feel like you’re not on top of each other. The house is impeccably decorated. Super fun!! You can feel the owner's love for Mexico and the culture here. We were on a house hunt and the owner was nice enough to answer questions about his experience living in Cabo! Juan and Salvador are amazing!! We enjoyed a quick spa trip, and a sunset dinner cruise where we came so close to whales the blowhole sprayed us all. For our last night, we took advantage of the private Chef Experience- THIS IS NOT TO BE MISSED!! It was amazing and so relaxing to be in your element eating delicious food. We had a few hiccups, but Juan and Salvador saved the day to ensure we continued to relax and enjoy our time. There is a newer Plaza down the road that we frequented. Two new restaurants opened while we were there. One is a sit-down Italian and the other was a deli. They were both amazing. The sports bar upstairs played our favorite team for Sunday football and the food was equally delicious. Also, plug to the Cabo Grill across the dirt road for Breakfast!! To put it shortly…We were treated like VIP’s and this house and your host are amazing!

This Condo is huge, the outdoor patio area has an amazing view. Wonderful sunrise views. I can't add too much more than the reviews before me. The other 5* reviews are completely accurate! The company that manages the condo is wonderful: Cabo Elite! They took care of our transportation to and from the airport and also gave us recommendations and were always responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be back.

We were looking for an affordable boutique hotel that could accommodate our dog. The whole property was super clean and well taken care of. We loved how easy it was to walk into town and we felt very safe. We traveled as 2 couples and had a dog and we all traveled together comfortably.

Excellent accommodation, just like the photos, impeccable and very spacious, we loved the privacy of the villa and the tranquility. 100% recommended, good communication with the host Juan Carlos, we would definitely come back.

place was great, upstairs communicated well. the only thing I would suggest is a golf cart to get around within the community.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Cabo. The unit is large, clean and quiet. The resort is far enough from the hustle and noise of Cabo but an easy walk to enjoy the restaurants and scene. There is an additional $38 daily resort fee that wasn’t mentioned and the onsite bars and restaurants are very pricey due to this being an all inclusive resort… I loved the xtra large towels, all the space and everyone on site is very kind and helpful! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. Thanks!

Exactly what we needed! Gorgeous space that’s close enough to downtown Cabo without being in the thick of it. Great amenities and experience. Best host (Adriana) and co-host (Don Juan), super friendly and helpful for everything we needed.

Pictures did not do it justice! The Place is Even better in Person! Beautiful Views and walking distance to everything. Host Stephanie was amazing on giving introduction and recommendations. Recommended great food and one of the best fishing trips ever. Will definitely be returning and recommend this Condo 100%
