Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Colombia

Tuve una experiencia en general muy buena en este hospedaje, es cercano al mar; la ubicación es excelente para quienes buscan relajarse y disfrutar de la playa, además de contar con instalaciones como jacuzzi, sauna, baño turco y piscina. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo, se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos, es muy amplio, bien equipado, cerca del aeropuerto, cerca del centro de Santa Marta, fue muy fácil la movilidad en carro. Sin embargo, durante mi estancia hubo algo de ruido proveniente de una obra cercana, lo cual puede ser un inconveniente para quienes buscan un ambiente totalmente tranquilo. Aun así, las puertas del balcón reducían bastante el ruido, los servicios que ofrece y comodidades compensan bastante bien este detalle.

He leído algunos comentarios negativos sobre la desafortunada gente que vive en la calle (vagabundos o indigentes) y eso es parte de lo que es el barrio de la candelaria(las ciudades tienen sus problemas y retos, no todo es un disneylandia para turistas), si quieren un lugar sin gente, pues váyanse a un all-inclusive, si quieren un lugar vibrante lleno de universidades muy cerca de los museos a lado de la icónica avenida Jiménez y muy cerca del centro en un agradable apartamento con un gentil casero, pues esta es muy buena opción. Vivir las ciudades es vivir sus problemas y sus bellezas.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Medellín! I visited with five friends, and it was the perfect spot for our group. The neighborhood was lively, vibrant, and full of energy, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and activities all within walking distance. The location really made it easy for us to explore the city. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay super comfortable. The service was truly exceptional, everything we needed was taken care of quickly and with a smile. We felt very well looked after throughout our trip. We’re already talking about coming back and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Bel appartement très propre dans le centre de Jardin proche de la place centrale. Les chambres sont au fond donc au calme. Cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. Un très bon séjour à Jardín. je recommande.

El departamento cumplió con todas las expectativas ofrecidas, ubicada en uno de los mejores barrios para turistas extranjeros, a pasos de la playa,locales comerciales a 200 metros, a 7 minutos en taxi al centro histórico, el departamento tiene muchas comodidades y Maria Fernanda una excelente anfitriona.

The house was spacious and spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequately sized, with the master being most spacious. The best part of the house was definitely the terrace pool and couch alongside. Our kids enjoyed the pool at all hours while the adults went in and out or just lounge on the couch. The real highlight was Luz, the warm cook and housekeeper. Every morning she would come early, make us breakfast with arepas, toast, eggs and fruit, do groceries, clean the rooms and even made us a columbian home-cooked dinner (for an additional fee) which was delicious.

Juan's Place is close to everything. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that you need. I was surprised that Juan provided all that he did. Outside of the normal amenities, he also had toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, etc. Plenty of towels and linen for yiu to access for your yourself right there in the apartment. It is close to everything.

Daniel’s place was absolutely amazing. This is the best kept secret in Medellin. I don’t think I’ll want to stay anywhere else when I come back. The place is super well decorated. Has all of the amenities you can need. The beds were super comfortable. The best part was the personal concierge Simon. He met me to check in, provided tons of great recommendations, and was available whenever I needed him. Thank you to Daniel, Alexandra, and Simon for making my stay in Medellin amazing! I will be back.

Excelente lugar y sobre todo la vista que se tenía era excelente, las áreas comunes muy lindas y con piscina frente al mar. Muy recomendado el lugar, con acceso privado al supermercado y buena ubicación. Me gustó mucho

The apartment was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to a supermarket, which made things very easy during my stay. The only downside is that the main street near the apartment is closed off, so Uber drop-offs happen at the corner. As a solo female traveler, I felt the area wasn’t the safest at night, so I made sure to plan my outings accordingly. Overall, a great place to stay!

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Bogota. Steven is a wonderful host and was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in Bogota.

La ubicación del apartamento es estratégica, cerca de una estación del metro, con acceso a transporte público y taxis, a un paso de supermercados, tiendas, farmacias, iglesia, gimnasio etc. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. Gracias Daniel y familia!

La estadía me gustó, el lugar es muy central por lo que trasladarse era sencillo y eficaz, de igual forma, el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a cualquier pregunta y solicitud realizada. El lugar es amplio por lo que uno se siente cómodo.

Te sientes como en casa, todo queda cerca y es un lugar tranquilo.

My stay was fantastic. I was in Bogota for work for four months and Vanessa's place was perfectly located, I walked to the office, no need for commuting. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops.
