Wie bisher schon: eine supernette Gastgeberin; das Appartment ist tiptop: blitzsauber, sehr bequemes Bett, trotz Strasse ist es ruhig, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und es ist total gemütlich. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles reibungslos funktioniert, die Kommunikation war sehr sehr nett und die Antworten kamen umgehend. Die Unterkunft war super, die Lage mega! Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen!

Ich hatte in der Wohnung von Tobias einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war super. Check in und out waren unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Dies war mein 5. oder 6. Aufenthalt in Margaretes Wohnung. Sie ist für mich ideal - die richtige Mischung zwischen ruhiger Lage und guter Anbindung. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet, Margarete sehr freundlich und proaktiv, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Immer wieder gerne !

Great place, Silke is super friendly, her recommendations we're excellent. The apartment is nice, with a lot of light, beautiful living room and well equipped kitchen, I always like to buy local stuff and cook myself and it was perfect choice. Highly recommended!!!

The house is spacious and has a really nice layout. Rooms are big, and the bathroom is very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4 and 2 friends. Some small downsides are the view from the garden, you overlook the valley with some industry and the highway is quite nearby, you can hear it from the garden. But we guess the garden would feel very different in spring and summer when the trees have all their leaves. We had some difficulties with the floor heating, but I'm am sure this will get fixed, since Yewgenija is a super host who went out of her way to answer our questions asap and is very open to suggestions on how to improve the house and the experience of her guests. The area is very nice for daytrips and walks and the Ahr and its small villages are certainly worth the trip, although I would rather recommend a visit outside of winter. Since the big flood of 2021 a lot has been done to rebuild the area and the Ahr-valley residents are very warm and welcoming to tourists!

Wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht über den Baldeneysee. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man für eine gute Zeit in Essen benötigt, alles sehr hochwertig und sogar persönlich, was man nicht in jedem typischen Airbnb findet. Im ganzen Haus kann man z.B. durch Spotify Musik in bester Qualität genießen. Ebenfalls verfügt das Haus über eine vollausgestatte moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht und sogar mehrere Kaffeevollautomaten. Man kann im Garten mit einem Weber grillen oder im eigenen Hausspa welches über einen beheizten Whirlpool und Sauna verfügt entspannen. Die Gastgebeber Clemens und Herr Siegler sind sehr freundlich, überaus gastfreundlich und sind stets gut erreichbar. Egal wonach ich gefragt habe, es wurde immer alles getan, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Ich könnte viele weitere positive Sachen berichten aber fasse mal diese Bewertung kurz. Wir haben in einer kleinen Gruppe Silvester in der Stranzenburg verbracht. Wirklich ein wunderschönes einzigartiges Haus mit Charme! Ursula war eine super Gastgeberin, die uns sogar mit einem Kuchen begrüßt hat. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer melden und haben zügig eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! De woning is comfortabel en met smaak ingericht, met een fijne keuken om te koken of een goede kop koffie te zetten. De gezellige woonkamer nodigt uit tot ontspannen – perfect voor een boek bij de open haard of een filmavond. Dankzij het mooie weer hebben we ook genoten van een barbecue in de zonnige tuin. De omgeving van Kesseling is mooi en de moeite waard om te verkennen. Ook direct vanuit de woning kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor zowel een ontspannen als actieve vakantie. Tot slot is Ben een vriendelijke en behulpzame host, die snel reageert bij vragen.

Wir waren zu fünf Erwachsenen in dem Haus bestens untergebracht. Vier geräumige Zimmer zum Schlafen und ein großer Wohn-Ess- Bereich auf zwei Ebenen, boten viel Raum, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es fehlte an nichts, weder in der Küche, noch in den Badezimmern. Selbst Gewürze waren vorhanden. Der hübsche Garten und die Terrasse luden zum Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne 😊

Very nice traditional German house on the Rein's bank. Beautiful location for the nature lovers. Lot of possibilities for walking. House is close the railway but one doesn't hear this inside of the house. Recommended for the nature and history lovers.

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr bei Marco. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sauber. Als Gastgeber ist Marco immer erreichbar und freundlich. Meine Kinder und Enkelkinder wohnen in der näheren Umgebung, man kommt von dort überall schnell hin. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gut Neuwerk ist eine echte Oase. Schon, wenn man den geschotterten Weg durch das Tor fährt, ist man entspannt. Das Gästehaus und das ganze Grundstück sind der Hammer. Wir waren in den Osterferien mit zwei Kindern und Hund zu Gast und hatten eine super Zeit. Danke an Michi & Familie für diesen tollen Ort und den freundlichen Empfang!

I had an amazing time staying at Michael’s place in Köln, Germany. The design of the flat is outstanding, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Michael was a fantastic host, and for the first time in my experience, I met such a caring host who prepared a fully stocked fridge with drinks, alcohol, and snacks—bravo for that! I felt truly welcomed and it made my stay even more special. Everything was incredibly well-organized, making my experience even more enjoyable. Many people say that where you sleep isn’t important, that they just need a bed. But I disagree - it’s the place where you stay that makes the entire experience special. Michael’s place made my trip extra special - offering convenience, aesthetic pleasure and a truly comfortable environment. I was so impressed that I’m already looking to book for next year! From the moment we contacted Umit, he was very responsive and helpful. The unit is exactly as pictured in a quiet part of Dusseldorf. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Light rail is a short walk away which gets you into the city centre.

Freundlicher Gastgeber, gibt einem alle nötigen Infos, bietet bei Bedarf weitere Informationen an, erkundigt sich, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und ist gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend (nervt nicht, aber man weiß, wenn was sein sollte, kümmert er sich). Check-in ist sehr leicht und bei der Einrichtung und Vorbereitung der Wohnung wird auf Details geachtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war für meinen relativ großen Partner etwas kurz, das hätten wir aber vorher den Fotos entnehmen können. Lage und Aussicht sind natürlich super schön. Würden wir wieder buchen.

So was a very responsive host. Prior to check in and throughout the stay, so kept in touch to make sure we arrived ok, had what we needed, and answered any questions I had. The space was nice and worked well with our family of 8. The space was extremely clean and well maintained. I appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamer in the cabinet. I am not sure that is always there, but it was nice to have it for the morning. Beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this airbnb.

Dilek is a wonderful host. She was very friendly and responsive to our queries. Her home was very clean, warm and cozy. We stayed there for a week and didn’t had any issue whatsoever. They had very big hall with comfortable sofa. They have very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary things one needs. If we come to Duisberg we will definitely love to stay again.

Alles hat super geklappt! Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt, sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Benjamin war schon vor der Anreise super freundlich und der herzliche Empfang hat unsere turbulente Anreise sofort wieder wettgemacht. Klare Empfehlung – jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ons verblijf was echt de moeite waard. De omgeving is prachtig! Het verblijf zelf was brandschoon, netjes ingericht en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Je merkt dat er met zorg aan gasten wordt gedacht. Echt een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, natuur en comfort!
