It is equipped with a hot tub and sauna for wellness and relaxation and is located directly on fields and forests and the Eifel Nature Park with 1000 excursion possibilities (nature/Euregio/cities).

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. With separate entrance and parking lot you will find their tranquility and relaxation in a modern bright and quiet atmosphere. A terrace with garden and a sauna also belong to the apartment. Further to the furnishings include Wi-Fi connection, TV, separate shower and toilet, kitchen with all necessary utensils, hairdryer, hiking maps, etc. The center of Cologne can be reached in 25 minutes.

With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

Please note that the proximity to the garden can also cause an insect to stray into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.
