"LüserLANDLUST" means "Pleasure to be on the countryside" and the house is an historical protected site built in 1759, which has been completely renovated in 2015. There are 4 bedrooms, which offer enough space for 4 to 6 people. We kept the spirit of the house by a respectful restauration with keeping part of the original furniture and decoration from the 50ths to the 70ths. Please be aware that the ceiling is 2,20m ( 7,3ft) in the first floor and 1,85 m ( 6 ft ) in the second floor minus 10 cm ( 0,3ft) for joists in some rooms. The house has got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double, 2 single ) , 1 bathroom,1 spacious living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. If you are a party of 5 or 6 you may use another extra bathroom, wich is still in original condition, but ok as well.... We provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, water boiler.

Das Apartment bietet einen optimierten Aufenthalt hauptsächlich für buisness-reisende, Messegänger, oder ähnliches Engagement, da ein ruhiger und energetisch unterstützender Ort geboten wird. Du brauchst mit dem Zug in die Köln-Innenstadt 15 min und zur Köln-Messe 20 min. Es wird geachtet das Wäsche gewaschen, Klopapier und Handtücher aufgefüllt werden. Zudem haben wir eine routinierte Putzfrau. Ich stehe für eine herzliche und offene Kommunikation für bestmöglich organisierten Aufenthalt.

From our trendy accommodation you can easily get to local insider tips. The room is a five-minute walk from the main train station with direct connections to the trade fair/airport/city centre. A parking space in front of the door can be booked for 10 €/night. It is a 15-minute walk to the centre. The neighbourhood is multicultural, the street and the backyard quiet. We are the owners of the house, have renovated it ourselves and offer an airbnb room. We are happy to prepare breakfast for you.

Du wirst die stilvolle Ausstattung dieser charmanten Unterkunft lieben. Genieße deinen Aufenthalt in einem einzigartigen Fachwerkhaus aus dem 18. Jhd. Das gemütliche Doppelzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem angrenzenden Bad und freies WLAN. Für ein Frühstück kannst du die Küche gerne mitbenutzen. Bitte beachte jedoch, dass ansonsten in meiner Küche nicht gekocht werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und natürlich für einen Besuch in der Domstadt Köln.

Ein gemütliches Zimmer , ca. 22 qm mit einem Bad für 2 Zimmer. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 cm breit, 2 Matratzen). Das Gästehaus liegt im Ortsteil Lank-Latum, sehr zentral alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. (Supermarkt; Bäcker, Restaurants). Frühstück ist nicht inklusive. Durch die Lage in einer Spielstraße und Sackgasse ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und müssen mit gebucht werden.

Large, bright and well-furnished room in a well-kept detached house. Breakfast can be booked as an option. The bed (140x 200cm) has a comfortable mattress as well as two pillows and two blankets for the best sleeping comfort. Dazu ein Kingsize-Doppelbett, ein separates WC und eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten. Bis zum Phantasialand sind es 10 Gehminuten.

Ein Wasserkocher steht zur Verfügung. Ein eigenes Duschbad mit WC ist nur für die Gäste zugänglich. Wir bieten ein reichliches Frühstück im Wohnzimmer des Hauses an.

Our house is located in the Cologne suburb of Junkersdorf, 3 minutes walk from the stop of line 1, which takes 15 - 20 minutes to the city center. We have 3 rooms in which the beds can be provided either as a single or double bed. There is a fully equiped kitchen and a little bathroom with WC and shower.
