Relax in this special and peaceful accommodation and leave your everyday worries behind. You'll be living in the city centre of Cologne, but you'll feel like you're in the countryside. I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The mattress is 140 metres wide. There is therefore plenty of room for 2 people. A possible 3rd person/children on the sofa

By car, everything can be reached in 10-15 minutes, such as the city center(city), trade fair, Lanxess Arena, Tanzbrunnen...etc. Even by bike, these destinations are very easy to reach and the track is just great! Because you drive along the Rhine river. With us, the urban can be very well connected with nature. Via the Miles, Dott, Uber app, you can book cars, bicycles & e-scooters directly and drive off.

Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

2.5 room apartment with terrace + kitchen for 1-7 people

Very flexible. One room can accommodate 2 people (or 3 if necessary), and the other room can accommodate up to 5-6 people. The beds can be arranged flexibly to create 7 single beds or 3 double beds. The vaulted cellar with a counter and bar stools can be shared, but is not in use. 1 parking space is included directly at the house. You can bring your own bed linens and towels for free or order them for an additional charge of €6 or €3 per person.

The freshly and lovingly renovated apartment is located directly on the Rhine and in the annex of our own residential building. The furnishing is modern and functional. From the TV to the teaspoon, everything is available. A beautiful large meadow by the water invites you to barbecue, enjoy or even work.

City Beach - A historic house directly on the Rhine

A special place! Do you know how beautiful it is on the Rhine? You can experience it here! Nestled in a nature reserve, the Rhine shows its best side! In front of the house, the Rhine meadows stretch out on both sides and invite you to take a walk, including a sandy beach in the immediate vicinity! The house is a historic building from 1826 with charm and a special flair. A large garden and a covered terrace are available.

Romantic half-timbered house on the Rhine -Workation-

The house was built in the 17th century and renovated in the 80s. It now has a total of 3 rooms spread over 3 floors and an approx. 500 year old vaulted cellar. The house is ideal for trade fair visitors who need space and may still have to work but also for smaller groups (max. to 4) who want to visit their family or Cologne. Up to a maximum of 4 people can be rented.

Suitable for 2 persons (non-smoking). There is one bedroom with double bed (200 x 140 cm), one small bathroom. The living room has a couch and a built-in kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi. The apartment has its own access and a balcony directly on the lake. Bed linen and towels are provided.
