With stunning views of the canals, you can enjoy the sun from the morning on the terrace and then have the opportunity to go for a walk and access the beach which is less than 10 minutes (800 meters) walk from the apartment. A private parking space will allow you to park in front of the studio.

The Haussmannian-style apartment is spacious (43 m²), cozy and very bright. It is located above an art gallery, on a quiet street, close to the river, restaurants, and shops. Linens are provided. They are changed midweek. The bed is 160 × 200. Please leave the accommodation clean; otherwise, a cleaning fee of €30 will be added to the price of the stay.
