We wanted peace and tranquility and we received this in abundance. We have been visiting Sicily for many years and this is far and above the best property we have stayed at. Cannetto was peaceful. Maurilio’s apartment was lovely both the inside and outside spaces. My wife and I felt at peace Transport link were easily accessible, the amenities were close and the people friendly. Thank you. Our stay at Casa Scirocco Glicine contributed to a magical week. The house is in a lovely location, the interiors are well cared for and comfortable, the outdoor patio is very enjoyable even out of season (we were there in April). The garden looks like a botanical garden, beautiful to be able to walk in the middle of plants in harmony with each other. The best part of the house was probably being able to enjoy breakfast as soon as you wake up with a view of the sea from above, Volcano in the background and cedar trees, mandarins and cactus in the foreground, listening to many different species of birds that greeted the day! We were checked in by Heloisa who was very nice and approachable even in the following days. We were also lucky enough to meet Alice and William who were two wonderful and friendly people, available to respond to every request and with whom it was also very pleasant to chat while drinking a beer.

Casa papiro is a perfect retreat off-season. And Denise is a perfect host, nothing more to say. Except have an eye on the ferry during winter time.

What an amazing view from Luisa’s place looking down over the town of Conneto and what an amazing host. Luisa is a wonderful and very generous host. Picking us up at the port, taking us to the supermarket . Offering to book scooters and excursions. Such a lovely lady . Unfortunately the weather was not good and we could not go to the other islands which was a shame as the ferries and tours were not going. Lovely relaxing deck and villa. The town of Conneto was very quiet in mid April but just starting to prepare for the summer . Big hike up and down the hill but there is a little bus a few times a day from the front door if you don’t want to walk. Thank you Luisa for a memorable stay.
