Private villa 10 minutes from the center and the sea

Marine & SathRating, 5 stars8 months ago
My wife, two children and I were greeted by Domenico. He was very welcoming, took the time to give us the instructions and was proactive (recommendations, additional information about the accommodation...) throughout the stay so that we had a great experience. The space is spacious and has everything a family needs. Finally, the accommodation is very well placed to radiate in the area and go to Taormina, Etna, Catania or Syracuse. In short, I recommend:-).

Sikelia Home HOUSE BY THE SEA, large sun terrace

DorotaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
An apartment located in a small town where life is peaceful. Nearby cafe, restaurant. Micaela responds faster on Whats App than through AirBnb, she was flexible until our arrival time, which lasted until the evening. A bedroom with a balcony nice, spacious, and a comfortable bed. Second bedroom through no window to street darker, less friendly, bed comfortable. Bathroom - the shower leaks a little, replacing the cabin door, and everything was ok. The kitchen is tiny but enough for morning coffee, there is a gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. A big plus is the terrace from which you can observe the life of the residents on the street and in the distance you can see the sea. Micaela is a friendly and warm person, she doesn't speak English, but she shows a lot of interest in her guests, you can always get along with a translator on her phone. Thanks Micaela for your hospitality, we'll be recommending you to friends 🧡

AnnaMaria Apartament AMA

IgorRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The apartment is spacious for 4 people, with 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and 3 (!) balconies. There is a good washing machine indeed. The kitchen has everything including a microwave, a toaster, kitchenware and an oven, excepting only a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There were soluble coffee and olive oil and many spices for cooking available. There are 3 big groceries and a few bakeries nearby. We could even pre-order fresh "cornetti con pistacchio" to pick them up the next day. They also offer a delivery to the apartment :-) Near the building or on the street we were always able to find a free parking space, without any issues to (our anyway insured) car. There are two AC systems in every bedroom, capable of both heating and cooling. The host was very friendly and helpful. He even met us personally. Just if you don't know Italian, be sure to use a translator. Location is 10-15 minutes of driving from the Piazza Maravigna (free parking) or airport. Thanks Christopher!

Casa de Mar

Giovanni’s place is very nice and well-appointed. Giovanni and his wife Jenny were very prompt in helping us with some issues we had at home. I strongly recommend this place but preferably during the spring/summer season.

Luna Apartment, in Acitrezza

VincenzoRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The apartment is very spacious, extremely clean, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is spacious with an exceptional shower, the living room/kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom is very bright. Complete a small garden with a relaxing and rocking area with a sea view. Sebastiano and his brother were more than hospitable, allowing us to check in late in the evening despite the very poor notice and welcoming us with a very nice bottle of wine and sweets in the area; always ready to provide useful advice and all the support requested. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area a few steps from the pretty seafront of Aci Trezza, in a strategic position to visit renowned towns: Etna, Taormina, Alcantara gorges less than an hour away

Villa Ogliastro, an ancient farmhouse with a private pool

AshleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have found Simona’s and Roberto’s beautiful home. We just moved to Italy from the United States, and in the middle of our travel we discovered we did not have housing secured like we originally thought. Simona was so quick to respond to our situation and her flexibility with us meant the world. For our first month in Italy, we felt as if we had landed in a dream - the orange grove was the perfect peaceful spot for long walks with our dog and the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind and really enjoy our new Italian life. The house is rustic and beautiful - there are so many perfect little personal touches and we felt cozy during our stay. The best part were the hosts, Simona and Roberto. They were responsive to our every need and showed us great hospitality. Simona gave us local Scordia recommendations, even bringing us bread, treats and fruit from the farm. We would stay here in a heartbeat again. Thank you for everything, Simona!
A private pool is surrounded by a stone patio, featuring elegant palm trees and shaded umbrellas providing comfort. The water is clear and inviting, reflecting the blue sky above, while a lounge chair is positioned nearby for relaxation.

Lovely home in Acicatena with WiFi

FreyaRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Great experience! Elisa contacted us beforehand to give us plenty of information and to see if we had questions. She was so kind to arrange a children's chair, a bed and a stroller for the baby by our request. She came by to give us sweets, which was really nice! Elisa made sure we felt at home and that everything was in order: enough towels, made up beds, clean kitchen, private pool with some toys... The area is peaceful with a supermarket nearby. Not so many restaurants, but you can drive about 10minutes for the town Aci Castello or 20minutes for the big town Catania.
