Patresi where the apartment is located is a very small center suitable for those who want to discover the lesser known and frequented Elba. Keeping in mind that there is no grocery on site you need to move to nearby centers (5 min drive) to buy fresh bread, milk while supermarkets are in Marciana Marina and Marina di Campo (30 min drive). Always panoramic the street and the sunsets are priceless. To the centaurs, free supply of linens.

We stayed in Stefania's house in early May. My family consists of two adults, two children and two dogs. It's not easy to find solutions that also accept our furry friends, but here we also found the fenced outdoor space on a terrace with a magnificent view. Stefania is really very helpful and kind and also gave us information about the area. The house is in a very quiet location near the woods and the main road to reach nearby towns. There is also a private, covered parking spot. The apartment is well arranged with a large living area and comfortable and very clean rooms. I hope to be back soon! Rossella

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

Villa Laura - wonderful brand new design villa

We stayed at the Villa Laura for 2 weeks and enjoyed every day. Fantastically equipped, well maintained, we were surprised that Signora Graziella, who is the contact person on site, came after a week to change the bed linen + towels and clean the house. Really great! Laura was very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. The amenities were great! From fly screens to the hand mixer in the kitchen… we lacked nothing. The location of the house is absolutely quiet without direct neighbors. I recommend mosquito repellent, due to the location in the forest, they are very active. In the morning, the sun is on the terrace until about 2 pm, then you have sun on the lawn on the side of the house or in the backyard. However, we were happy to have shade in the afternoon. The view is great and the terrace is comfortably equipped, so we spent almost exclusively outside. We also liked to sit downstairs under the olive trees. We'll be back!
