Monthly Rentals in Collaton Saint Mary

this is a lovely house. lots of space. it's very close to a main road, but not on it, so safe for families. just a bit noisy at times. Robin answered any questions I had, quickly and fully. I took my elderly mother on holiday, and she managed the stairs ok. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My partner and our 2 young daughters had a lovely stay here. It was a good base to explore the local surroundings. There is no parking outside and we had to park over the main road but the host was helpful in giving us this information before hand. The sofa bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed

We loved staying at this beautiful thatched barn conversion. A charming helpful host, and a peaceful, private space to relax and enjoy, close to Totnes and all things great about Devon.

Elizabeth is a superb host. Everything about this place is 100% fantastic and everything has clearly been thought out with the guest in mind. Little touches that you very rarely see just add to the most amazing experience. Will definitely be going back. The pictures can’t do this place full justice, because it’s even better!! Got to be up there with the best. 10/10 for everything
