Beautiful luxury condo on the best beach

This Pent House is a beautiful, modern 4 bedroom beachfront condo on the 4th floor with 4 full bathrooms. The master bedroom and the living room have balconies overlooking the Pool and Ocean, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have balconies overlooking the beautiful Sierra Madre Mountains. There are only 24 units in the condo and most of the time you'll find the pool & beach just for yourself and friends. Walking distance to golf. Grocery store across the street, 10 minute bus ride to Walmart.
