It has fast internet and desk; you can cook, bring food and store it in the fridge, there is water in a bottle. If you want to relax, you can watch TV on the Roku screen. No stairs, store next door, parking right at the door with a camera. The space is NOT suitable for children or pets. Parking is NOT suitable for motorcycles.

We don't have private parking, but you can park right outside the property on the street or if you prefer, due to its proximity to the center, there are parking lots and pensions at good prices near the area.
