O locuință nouă, finalizată în decembrie 2023, amplasată în centrul stațiunii Vatra Dornei, chiar la intrarea din Parcul central, la doar câteva minute de toate obiectivele de interes turistic ale orașului, precum pârtiile de schi, telescaunul, Cazinoul Băilor, etc., fiind dotată cu toate facilitățile necesare unei șederi de basm. Apartamentul a fost mobiliat și utilat prin atenție la toate detaliile, în așa fel încât să creeze o atmosferă primitoare, perfecte unei escapade de neuitat la munte.

Relaxează-te cu întreaga familie în această locuință liniștită. Vila Andrei colibita se află pe malul drept al lacului colibita (2,5km drum de piatră ),la aproximativ 150 m de lac ( teren privat până în marginea lacului), o zonă mai retrasa dar și mai liniștită. In aproprierea cabanei nu sunt restaurante si nici magazine lucru de care trebuie tinut cont ( cel mai aproape restaurant la 5 km) . Pe malul lacului aveam 2 hidrobiciclete si un vaporaș cu motor electric care se pot inchiria.

Casuță tradițională ,,Bordeiul Bunicilor"

Casuta a fost initial construita ca si resedinta la munte pe timp de vara. In ea se adaposteu animalele noaptea, iar proprietarii dormeau sub acoperis. A fost desfacuta bucata cu bucata si adusa la locatia unde este acum. A fost restaurata pastrandu-i-se autenticitatea si transformata intr-o casuta primitoare. Aici este locul perfect pentru a va detasa de grijile si stresul cotidian. Proprietarii locuiesc in aceeasi curte si va stau la dispozitie pentru orice intrebare.

Nice place, easy access to all points of interest, host was easy to talk to and very friendly. If i have to say something "bad" is the fact that the wall are a bit thin and you can hear the other guests even at moderate speach, but was fine for us. I highly recommend!

Locul e de vis, exact pe malul lacului Colibița. Locația este dotată cu tot ce e nevoie. Aparat de cafea și cafea din partea casei. Curățenie și ordine. Spațiu pentru grătar, pentru cei pasionați, spațiu de plajă și relaxare cu șezlonguri și hamace. Felicitări!

Am avut o experiență minunată stand la unul dintre apartamentele lui Ilie din Vatra Dornei! Locația este excelentă, perfectă pentru o vacanță relaxantă sau activă. Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de pârtia de ski, iar parcul pentru copii, aflat chiar în spatele clădirii, a fost o adevărată bucurie pentru cei mici. De asemenea, accesul rapid la magazine a făcut totul extrem de comod. Apartamentul este impecabil, decorat cu bun gust și echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a te simți ca acasă. Ilie este un gazdă excepțională, mereu amabil și disponibil pentru orice întrebare sau solicitare. Vom reveni cu siguranță și îl recomandăm din toată inima celor care își doresc o vacanță în Vatra Dornei!
