Beautiful place

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

The house is very clean and equipped with everything. Very responsive, friendly and accessible host at any time. We highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here ! The Villa and the hospitality were more than we could ever hoped for! Our group arrived in the middle of the night , because of the delays from our behalf , nevertheless the welcome was warm and flexible ! During our whole visit we felt welcomed and well cared for ! House was really beautiful , really clean , and interior was decorated beutifully! Especially the luxurious bedrooms were stunning and each had their own bathroom , which we founded handy , since we had a group of eight people . The villa had also very functional and beautiful living areas , and huge dining area... everything was decorated with style and functionality. Location was near enough to bistrita, and near the national parks . The nature in this part of Romania is really stunning ! We highly recommend this villa for anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Romania, Bistrita.

Everything is perfect. This rental offers a lot of amenities included in the very reasonable price. A sheltered terrace with barbecue and dining area, a garden with a beautiful view, a spacious and very clean dining room kitchen. You can also enjoy a spa by paying extra charge. The people on site are very welcoming and anxious to make the stay enjoyable. The best place in Topliusa but that you have to book very in advance to have space.

It was a great experience. The place looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean. The area is very quiet and with very beautiful scenery. The host was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back if we have the chance again.

The special experience. We spent a few truly magical winter days and the beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains. The cabin gave us that feeling of warmth and comfort that made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality and the care you maintain this great place.

We spent the weekend of May 1st there with the family, a total of 8 people. The place was spacious, just enough rooms and beds for all of us. The jacuzzi was a winner in the middle of nature, we really enjoyed it! Nice grilling and outdoor seating /dining area! The house inside was a little cluttered with lots of different decor pieces that created chaos to the eye. One of the toilets was missing the toilet seat.The hosts mom was very responsive,the host's answers were delayed at times so you should always contact the mom vs messaging on Airbnb. We were promised a home baked bread (we would have paid for it,did not expect anything for free) but we never got this even though we had the host's mom there on 2 occasions. She did bring a small basket of muffins and cheese pastry which was nice but this was not what we asked for. It would've been nice for them to let us know beforehand that they weren't baking a bread but we were promised this in chat as well as when we arrived..

After experiencing my solo stay at Fain, I went back with my boyfriend and the kiddos because I wanted them to experience the same as I did. Our stay was again very nice and we loved ‘Manfred’s Haus’: our little cabin in the woods for two days. I can’t wait to go back to Camping Fain again :)

Perfect location to relax!!! You’ve got everything what you need to have amazing time at Marius Property. The view there are unbelievable and is making you feel like paradise. Thanks for everything and we will come back for sure!!!

i highly recommend,the place is very clean,quiet , you can find everything you need to eat ,cook. It's just like the pictures. i only recommend to add some more beds,an extra linen and pillows, the sofa in the living room extends but you have no lennjerie,pillow anything..and another recommendation duvet on the bed are 2 singles would go one big one from one piece for a double bed. Very good,clean tub..if you talk on the phone with the gentleman and keep in touch. can receive faster than 18:00 and if you doorestw tub. it must be mentioned to be prepared for as soon as you arrive. we did so and. then it was heated and not better to enter. the playground for children and the games that have palettes, playing cards etc was very good for children and for us. warm in the cottage,rooms., large parking, the road is not so much traffic to disturb you.

Very well-equipped place to stay, you have everything you need.

Gorgeous !!! A piece of heaven, just what we wanted . A beautiful cottage located on a hill , right on the edge of the forest , which offered us three days of relaxation and good will. In the cottage , a generous living room, tastefully arranged, with a fairytale fireplace, bathroom , kitchen , modern and equipped with everything you need , upstairs three bedrooms , everything nicely arranged and very clean. I recommend the tub and the swing , at minus 4 degrees , they gave us the relaxation we were looking for. We arrived earlier at check in , everything was ok , the host welcomed us, the fires were already made at the fireplace and tub and I want to thank you for everything , it was a very nice experience!
