The standard price for the cottage is for 2 guests, encompassing a king room with en suite, lounge room, kitchenette including breakfast supplies and snacks, and a deck with views of the Yarra Valley. Should you have more than 2 guests, the second queen room and full en suite will need to be booked for an additional flat price of $160 per night, max 2 people. The cottage sleeps 4 people maximum. If you are booking for 2 guests and you require the second bedroom you need to book for 3 people.

Rural farm with modern conveniences overlooking majestic and amazing views right in the heart of the Yarra Valley attractions. Built 1930 and fully restored with extensions added in 2017. 3 LARGE bedrooms (eg weekend 3 people ~$299 a night=about $100 each+cleaning). Shared: bathroom, living area with kitchenette. Our spacious 2-bedroom, self-contained guest suite, located directly behind our house, is a "home away from home." You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. The off-street parking is very convenient, and you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Knox. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.
