Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

Red Cottage

Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Cross over into host's property and access a hiking trail, visit the farm animals, and see what's in the garden. Note: The house is located on the street, which makes for easy access and a short walk to the land.

You may not want to leave the back deck or yard at all once you've settled in! Jump in the river or relax in a hammock by the water, say hi to the neighbors, or take a scenic run right from the house.

You may want to sit on the covered porch or deck while listening to the creek. If you love the outdoors or are a hiking enthusiast, our cabin is for you. We are about 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska are approximately 30 minutes away; a 45-minute drive will take you to Asheville.

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
