There are two historic pubs and a fine food shop selling locally sourced foods all within walking distance too.

Local activities include water based fun on the River Stour, walking in Dedham Vale, and visiting the picturesque local villages.

This country cottage dates to 1880. It is on the outskirts of Wenhaston, 5 miles from the coast. It is a real escape to the country, overlooking Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve. The modern kitchen/diner with new appliances has dining for 6, while the cosy living room has a log burner. Accessed down a bridle path.
