Serenity and refinement above the lake

Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

Antoine and Magali are charming and give you good advice throughout the stay, the studio is perfectly functional with all the necessary amenities. Exceptional location with lovely lake views and absolute calm. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Annecy. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed having the use of a private garden. It is located only a short distance to the lake and local restaurants and bakery. We also appreciated the use of the two electric bikes.

What a great place to stay, peaceful, calm and beautiful. Patricia was fantastic, always responded to any questions and very respectful and friendly. The house was perfect in every way. Easy parking, super clean and everything you need. Great views from the house and a 20 minute walk into Annecy.
