Monthly Rentals in Cohutta

The apartment was very nice. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and new. The location was convenient for both rafting the Ocoee and also visiting Chattanooga. We were not aware that the property was so close to the main house, so we hope that we didn't disturb anyone. I would definitely recommend Dakota's property if you're looking for a quiet space.

It was the perfect place for our short stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There are many attractions just a short drive away. Rose was very welcoming and attentive.

We were very comfortable. The suite was well set with great design elements. Coffee and basket of snacks was handy and worked well for a lite breakfast and bedtime snack. House rules and renter instructions were clear. I was pleased that upstairs renters followed the guidelines and began quiet hours at 11 pm. A good comfortable place to stay. The mattress was outstanding. I loved that the TV was strategically placed for watching from the comfortable sofa and the bed. Good touch.

We loved staying here. House was as described, beautiful. Master bath was amazing. For those that will be dining in, kitchen is fully equipped. Crystal was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and I would highly recommend her as a host. The house is on a busy road, so that should be considered if you have small children. Plenty of yard for them to play in tho. The house is located within 30 minutes to Chattanooga and surrounding attractions. There's a grocery store and several Dollar Generals within a few miles of the house. We felt isolated, while still close to anything we needed.
