Vacation rentals with a patio in Cohennoz

A fabulous stay, close to Morzine pleney/super Morzine using Bus U or P. A perfect stay for a couple or solo traveller. Has all the amenities needed, close to the supermarket “Sherpa”, TV is smart TV, so perfect for watching films after a long day on the slopes. Very little noise if any from roadside and quiet area. Would 100% stay again in the future. Nitzan’s communication throughout was also superb.

David’s home was so perfect for our group! It was spacious it had all amenities needed for the week. From DVDs to board games to instructions for restaurants/ bars etc Check in was super easy and flexible and I would definitely recommend. It is a wee walk to town Maybe 15 minutes but u can get a bus during the day that is about 5 minutes away. And if your skiing you don’t need to go to town to go on the slopes you can just get on in Perriers and sort your tickets there. I would definitely go back

We had a great time at Clara's place. We were very well hosted. The accommodation was very nice in a breathtaking setting. A cozy little nest perched and surrounded by mountains. We highly recommend this little piece of heaven!

an absolutely incredible spot in Val Claret. Margaux's appartement was beautiful, amazing views of the mountains, close to town but not noisy, and a very short walk to the lifts. Margaux was a great host, clear instructions and responsive! we'll absolutely be back!

Great location close to the Pluney ski lift. Lisa was responsive and helped with our transfer hire options also. Shower had plenty of hot water. Accommodation is great for a ski trip.

Great communication with the host - all info provided in advance - helpful. Well-organized accommodation - a double bedroom on the ground floor (therefore on the 1st floor of the building) and one with 3 single beds upstairs with a bathroom with adjacent toilet. Plus full bathroom on the ground floor. Beautiful terrace. Super U accessible in a few minutes. Houches and Chamonix stations are very quickly accessible. (7 min and 12 min drive). Delighted with my choice!

Very good stay in a beautiful refurbished and very clear apartment. The center of Annecy is by a walk in the very friendly greenery. A microwave would have been a plus.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great weekend with friends in this tastefully renovated apartment. Everything is carefully decorated and the atmosphere is warm. The host is very responsive and responds quickly to any questions we may have. The double bedroom is really beautiful and very spacious, a real plus! And a special mention for the showerhead, we loved it! We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

Great stay despite the mild weather. Very nice welcome and well equipped and very nicely decorated accommodation. A very pleasant garden and very well installed.

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

We stayed at Capella for a 5 day, 4 night ski trip. Perfectly situated 100 m from bus links between Morzine and Avoriaz, making travel to the slopes easy. The flat was excellent, exactly like the post. Very clean, comfortable and will all amenities we needed. Plus a lovely sauna on the second floor to rest aching muscles! The owner was very helpful, both in communications and information guides for Morzine and the area. Will look to come back again, thanks!

Our stay at Kirsteen’s place was great. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean and in a great location. Kirsteen was an excellent host.

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.

Check-in was smooth, with very clear instructions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The balcony offers a wonderful view, adding to the overall experience. Located inside a modern complex, it was a great bonus to have a ski equipment rental office in the same building. Additionally, the shutters and blinds provided excellent light control, allowing for a peaceful rest. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to return!
