We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a 2-seater sofa bed and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. "La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk from the bus station (no need to use your car) shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.

E' composto da un ingresso, zona giorno con angolo cucina, una camera da letto e bagno (per un totale di circa 50mq). Si trova a 5 minuti dalla cabinovia per la località sciistica di Pila e a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Aosta. Adatto a singoli, coppie e famiglie (max 3 persone con divano letto), sono benvenuti gli animali d'affezione.

L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.
