The house is very cozy. It has all the comforts for a very comfortable stay. Karla's parents are very kind to you and are very attentive to making sure you have a good time. The surroundings are nice and very peaceful. I'm sure I'll enjoy that amazing water jar again.

Our family created amazing memories during our stay at Vivian's beautiful oceanfront home. The surroundings were peaceful and pristine and I couldn't imagine a house with a more "wow" view. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. We felt right at home in paradise!!!

I visited the lodge for 3 days with my partner, it was the best decision to go to this place, everything was impeccable, fully equipped, with all the amenities one dreams of, Javier was exceptional at the time of delivery and throughout the stay, if I had any questions, he answered me immediately and with the best disposition to help us make the stay perfect and so it was. It exceeded my expectations by a lot. I am completely grateful for your management and we will certainly return. 🥰

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

The apartment is fully equipped, with everything you need; super nice and decorated, comfortable, impeccable, very well decorated and organized. I would definitely come back. Among the very best places we have stayed out of over 100 worldwide. The very best equipped of any place. This apartment has everything you could think to need. The view of the Pacific Ocean and down the coast to Vina Del Mar and Valparaisowas astounding. The apartment is on the 19th floor. We slept every night with the soothing sounds of the waves. The patios were beautiful with glass walls that slide completely open. The beds and pillows were top quality comfortable. The walk-in shower was wonderful. Everything about the apartment was fantastic from sharp knives in the kitchen to a big Samsung smart TV in the sala. It was easy to travel into Valparaiso by bus (.70) or Uber ($12). Several very nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A superb one right outside the front door. Very secure and safe area in a new building. It is nicer than we imagined and worth every penny if you enjoy the good things in life.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!
