Very good stay, with a very nice atmosphere. Only that the TV is very small and uncomfortable to watch

If you are looking to stay in Cochabamba for business, leisure, or simply to spend a short stay in this beautiful city, Luis' place is the best! I could not have found a better place in this beautiful city than the one Luis offered me, with all the unimaginable amenities, every minute I was in this space I felt completely satisfied and not to mention the view of the city that it offered me every morning and every night. I definitely recommend it 1000/10. I can only thank you and hope to have the opportunity to stay again. He offered me a very pleasant experience to get to know Cochabamba!!!

Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

Emilio and his family are very kind and happy people! the garden is really beautiful and cared for....!! the kitchen is clean and well equipped! it's easy and cheap to get to the house from cocha center by minivan 131, good to be out of the busy center, not walking distance though. the only thing we could say is that the neighbourhood has too many dogs which bark quite a bit at night....... other than that it was a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend it!

Excellent house. It is really a spectacular home with wonderful views and amenities. It has been built in a high location, so the views of the city are just breath taking. The several gathering areas are cozy. There's a karaoke area in the terrace with disco lights and beatiful views of the city. Juan Carlos was an excellent host in every way. He always responded quickly to our requests. I will recommend this wonderful home for any group of people looking to make long lasting good memories. My group and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again for sure. Thank you so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful stay and for being such an attentive host.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the apartment. The whole family was there with a baby and a toddler, and everything was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and playground. We would definitely go back! Andree was always very kind and helpful.
