Everything was perfect in the apartment, there was no problem with the doorman or the other people in the building. Carlos answered all my questions and was very attentive to my messages. A clean, beautiful place, and close to Fidel Anze Park, which has restaurants and cafes, and is quiet.

Very good hosts, understanding and with a very easy check-in and check-out. Recommended.

Guillermo's apartment is brand new, furnished with luxury. New and ultra modern equipped kitchen, new and comfortable beds. Ultra-modern bathroom design. Smart TVs in every bedroom. Tastefully furnished living room. We do not see it in the listing but from the living room there is an unobstructed view of the city, the surrounding mountains and the statue of the Cristo de la Concordia, which is lit at night, it is very beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The building where the apartment is located, the Torre Olympia is brand new. Secure with a caretaker at the reception. There are common areas on the roof: a swimming pool, a children's play area, outdoor lounges and large laundry racks very convenient. The place is great to have a 360 degree view of the city and the mountains and see a sunset. Communication with Guillermo was easy and effective. he is very committed to making us feel at home and responded effectively to any questions we had.

The apartment is lovely and in a prime location. It is close to the grocery store too which is nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable

We loved our stay in this pure oasis of an Airbnb. It’s on the 9th floor. Everything was top-notch and we felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of storage possibilities, the bed is very comfy, the bathroom modern and squeaky clean with good water pressure. The TV has Disney+. We found it very handy to have our own washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. And we could use the Gym room on the 2nd floor whenever we wanted to. The communication with Jhovani and his staff was pleasant. Would definitely come back. All in all a perfect stay and a great value for money!

I loved my stay at Adriana's place. The place is very central, with easy access to shops, restaurants and everything you need, but at the same time it is quiet and perfect for resting. Adriana was a very attentive host, always ready to help and respond quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Beautiful place, the location is excellent in the center of the city, you can walk and enjoy the weather and landscapes of the Prado gardens. Mobility at the door, the doorman was always attentive and kind, as was María, the gentle host at all times. We would definitely love to return to this place in the future. we stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious, the beds very comfortable and the hot water shower very welcomed. Andrea was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The pool and gym were great to have access to as well. Highly recommend this host and her apartment.

The location is incredible, close to incredible restaurants and quite quiet, there is a lot to do, you really have a good time. The apartment is incredible value for money, it is very difficult to find something similar in such a good area. The host was always attentive to whether I needed anything. The truth is, I was very impressed. Very friendly. I also have to include the building staff, very friendly and respectful. I give my stay a 10/10. If I return, this Airbnb will be my first choice
