For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's vacation home was perfect. Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far, and Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was the visit to Lucia's nearby farm with adorable newborn calves.

We stayed with Melanie for the second time now and it was all great again. Melanie is super sweet and always available and helpful. Our children felt comfortable on the horse farm and were happy to be able to pet Icelandic horses every day:) The accommodation is also cozy and has everything you need. So we'd love to come back a third time:)

Beautiful little house in a very quiet location. In the house you will find everything you need for a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, exactly the right little things are everywhere. A great garden for the kids, nice hikes possible, with a stopover in quaint restaurants. We've been there in the spring and winter so far. We hope to try out autumn and summer as well. Highly recommended!

We spent a week here in the fall as a family of five. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, the space generous and the kitchen fully equipped. Great view of the valley. Good communication. We felt very comfortable.

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is as described – and even better. The house is perfectly located if you want to visit the main sights of Upper Franconia in the triangle of Bamberg-Coburg-Bayreuth. Thanks to the very warm welcome and the cozy-warm atmosphere in and around the house, we immediately felt at home. The house itself offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay – from kitchen amenities to games for children. In addition, the place is extremely clean and the amenities are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Lieb apartment!

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's. We were pleased with the small attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. The only thing worth mentioning is the steep driveway to reach the property. Our dogs found the garden great for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.

The next largest town is Scheßlitz and is a few minutes' drive away. There are many shops and a few restaurants or pubs. You can take several hiking trails from the property. For example, to the Giechburg or the Gügel. Bamberg is also only a 15-minute drive away. The place is great. The house and garden are very well maintained. A grill and a fireplace are also available. You have your peace and quiet and can enjoy the view. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! If we are drawn to this spot in Germany again, we will be happy to book again!

Very nice, modern and clean apartment. Also within walking distance. We were able to do a lot with children. Clear recommendation!

Good accommodation for hikes in the Steigerwald. Many hiking trails start almost at the front door. The apartment had everything you need for a few days.

This was our favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment was adorable, the host was friendly and accommodating, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. There were little touches everywhere—from the adorable autumn decor to some complimentary locally brewed German beers in the fridge—to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Hospitality is a big deal in the southern United States where I’m from, but if it’s a bigger deal anywhere else it’s certainly Germany! Our host, Rochus, was flexible with some scheduling changes we had to make shortly before checkin, he met us personally to show us around the unit, he communicated with us throughout our stay, and he was responsive to our questions. We loved everything about our visit here, and if I return to Bamberg in future I will definitely rebook. It was so nice to come home to this lovely little space each day after visiting family and sightseeing . Highly recommend! Thank you, Rochus and family, for the wonderful accommodations!

The apartment was clean, large and the view from the dining table was very nice.

We were allowed to spend a great getaway in the clean and tastefully decorated apartment of Hajrije. We felt comfortable from the start and were even greeted with some tasty treats. Thanks for a nice time!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is just perfect. I highly recommend this place and would come back any time!

Beautiful bright apartment, easily accessible from the train station by 5 min bus ride and 10 min walk. We were allowed to check in earlier, which gave us half a day more vacation - great. A bakery and a supermarket were close to the property and on the holiday we found a farm vending machine for shopping. The equipment of the apartment was very good and modern (induction stove etc). And a fun little sweeping robot swept the apartment every day. The highlight is the protected terrace, after a day out. The apartment is located on a low-traffic railway line, which did not bother us. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Eva is a lovely host with whom communication worked out great. The apartment is very nice and cozy. My colleagues and I felt comfortable.

We were at the property over New Year's Eve and had a very good time. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The landlords were quickly accessible (with us, the hotplate had briefly spun around and could then be quickly repaired thanks to switching on and off with the help of the landlord) and very helpful. In general, the apartment was surprisingly very nicely spacious and large for 8 people. The only drawback we could note would be that in the general display Memmelsdorf is included, which has a better connection but the apartment is still a little outside and since the connection is a bit worse. Maybe you could include that in the ad as a note. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a lovely stay. Thank you very much

Julia and Oliver left me their beautiful, modernly furnished apartment for a few days, which was very clean (and even contained a separate children's room, which I didn't need alone ;-)). All rooms are new and beautifully renovated, the bathroom was also great. The rooms are also chicly furnished. A very large TV is in the living room, Wi-Fi is very easy to connect and the reception and bandwidth are great. Parking the car is possible directly at and close to the apartment. Location is absolutely quiet. For me, the location was perfect for excursions to nearby destinations such as Veste Coburg, Veste Rosenberg, Bamberg and others. If you want to hike, you will find the area very suitable. All in all: Many thanks to Julia and Oliver for letting us stay in their apartment!
