Peaceful and quiet. Just what I wanted. The area is quiet and slow paced. My host was friendly and always responded within minutes. She accommodated all my requests

Myself and my partner stayed here for the Easter weekend. Everything was great. The place was spotless and had all what we needed for cooking. The bed was super comfy and had some great sleeps. Loved the trellis and fairy lights in the bedroom. Cozy! The hot tub was just at the back of the property in a barn. This was ideal as our first night turned out to be a big storm so we could stay in the hot tub and watch the storm. Was very cool. Would highly recommend Sebastian's place. It's very affordable and Sebastian is super responsive. Thanks again, Sebastian!!!

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the Fort York Flat! The beds were very comfortable, nice options on the TV when relaxing, great shower pressure, and walking distance to Loblaws for groceries. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and parking, along with the welcome gift! Absolutely recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

As a family of two, we adore spending time in nature. As soon as we walked into Judi and Dave's house, we fell in love! What a magnificent house and what a nice view. Dave and Judi were fantastic hosts. We'll definitely return to take in the scenery!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The location cannot be beat - down the block is the beach boardwalk, up the block is Queen Street with its abundance of shops, restaurants, and groceries, plus TTC stops. The apartment itself was immaculate and well-appointed with a generous and welcoming sense of style. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in an Airbnb with high quality cotton linens. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the scent-free soaps, the well-stocked kitchen, and the detailed recommendations. The hosts were beyond generous - allowing me both an early check-in and a late check-out. I hope to stay here again.

This has to be one of the cleanest and nicest AirBnBs we've ever stayed in! I had never stayed in an AirBnB with the host above us before, so I was a little worried, but honestly you couldn't hear much. We walked to the streetcar/tram every day and never had to drive or pay for parking while we were there. All around a great experience!

A very nicely laid out and comfortable suite for 3 that is well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Very cozy with the fireplace and we always looked forward to returning from a busy day. Safe and quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the Lakeshore for a walk in nature. Close proximity to Queen Street and Kingston Rd. Lindsay was quick to respond to questions and is very kind. I just regret not meeting her in person. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you don't want to be in a busy Toronto area.

This place is out of this world! Two levels, lots of beautiful and modern furnishings, as well as situated in a very desirable neighbourhood. Ciara was very quick to respond to our questions and extremely flexible in accommodating a specific request. Upon our departure, Ann quickly followed up with me to ensure everything was to our liking. Both Ciara and Ann provided beautiful lodgings and impeccable customer service. We will definitely stay there again!

Great place, exceptionally equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, felt right at home. Convenient to everything we had planned on doing (golf vacation).

Kathryn is an incredibly accommodating and thoughtful host. We traveled to Toronto to see Taylor Swift and Kathryn went out of her way to welcome us with decorations, a Taylor trivia book and supplies to make bracelets. My friends at I booked Kathryn’s place about a year and a half in advance and Kathryn was always available to promptly answer any questions we had. Not only is Kathryn a fantastic host best host, but her home is so so lovely. The location was also a bonus - being able to walk to the water and local shops was wonderful. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. I look forward to returning if and when my travels bring me back to Toronto.

The house was great and as pictured. The ceilings were low but it was not an issue for my family. There was plenty of wood for the indoor fireplace and the fire pit outside. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to have a fire outside. The beds were very comfortable. They also put up a Christmas tree for our stay which was above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

very nice clean place, located well right next to Sandbanks Provincial Park entrance. Next to a farm, so we could see cows on the other side of the fence. Our kids enjoyed the video games!

The house was adorable, could definitely use some updating, but it was perfect to relax by the lake for a couple of days. I will say the big bathroom with the good shower and 2 bedrooms were up a very narrow set of spiral stairs, so it would be very difficult to take a suitcase up. Another potential issue was a gas smell coming from the closer with the furnace, but Lisa assured me that her "furnace" guy checked it out and everything was good, also there are carbon monoxide detectors on each level. It was a great relaxing location and the neighbors were quiet. The hot tub was murky, maybe it could use a shock treatment or something? We still used it and watched the sunset. There was a little convenience store down the road with really tasty breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. We enjoyed our stay.

Natalia was very helpful. I booked on the day of check in. She was responsive, helpful and patient. The apartment was warm, quiet and comfortable. Natalia made sure I was able to find everything easily for and told me about in town activities. There were even Christmas lights on the balcony, a lovely touch since it was Santa Day weekend.

The apartment is clean and quiet with well considered kitchen items. Vivi was friendly and clear in her communication. She even contacted me proactively to make sure my stay was comfortable and that my check-in process was uneventful. The underground parking lot was a little stressful for me to navigate, but thanks to a helpful neighbour I managed to find my way out of it without issue. The pool was not open when I was visiting so I cannot comment on that. The gym included some weights treadmills ellipticals nice windows and TVs. There was an adjoining yoga-type room as well. I wish I had more time to enjoy the neighbourhood but in my short trip I did manage to enjoy the view of the lake from the apartment and walk through some charming nearby parks and admire the skyline at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean, new apartment where you can watch the planes land at Billy Bishop Airport. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto's waterfront.

The location of the condo is right across from CN Tower as well as Blue Jays stadium. The condo is very clean and up to date. We love the location. Cal was very responsive and a gracious host. He gave some excellent recommendations. Besides the feel at home condo, we loved that fun restaurants and bars were walkable. We will be back!

My partner Joanna and I had an amazing stay at Shahrooz’s place. The check in went smoothly as he met us at his unit to show us the place when we got there. Shahrooz is very responsive. One day I had a condo work vehicle parked in my spot and he responded instantly to help and the issue was fixed right away. His place is incredible comfortable and felt like home and had everything you could need for an extended stay (we were there for 1/ months). The elevators had an issue or two and you wait a little longer as you’re on the 52nd floor but it never took too long. The location is perfect for walking and is very close to all of the major sports centres for events…we grabbed some last minute tickets for a great price from scalpers a couple of times after games had already started since we were right there :) Overall amazing stay, don’t skip this one!

Thanks Brandon and Nick for a great stay. Awesome location and close to downtown. We had our three year old daughter with us and felt comfortable the entire time. Host was very responsive and always available to help with any questions and directions. Tips Longos (grocery store) and LCBO are right across the road for groceries and wine Aquarium, Cn tower, rogers center and the gardens are less the 5 minutes walk away Theres a small playground in the backyard of the condo thats great for kids. Lots of families around Super close to waterfront, go for a walk up that whole section to check out the marinas and boats if you are go to the zoo. take go train from union to the bus stop, then cab to the zoo, WAY faster then bus If you are bringing a little one, take a collapsible stroller and you can go everywhere with ease

Alexander’s place is a nice Condo in a well kept, secure building a short distance from Billy Bishop airport and located in the middle of everything. It was easy walking to restaurants, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre CN Tower, HHOF and plenty of pubs and clubs and restaurants. We were three brother-in-law‘s in town for a hockey game between the Leafs and the Habs and having a two bedroom condo located where this one is was absolutely perfect for our needs. The host Alexander was great, very responsive to any questions!
