We do have electricity during the day. To access the property you will need to get in touch with Host, as it is about 3 miles from the main road and it has a locked gate. We recommend to not bring paper plates nor cups. As it sometimes gets windy and it can be blown away to the river. No ATVs Allowed.

Enjoy a safe space with an artificial lagoon (Tuesday to Sunday / 8 am to 8 pm - Sun 5 pm) and a cluster with a pool (Tuesday to Sunday from 6 am to 11:59 pm), located near Monterrey International Airport as well as shopping malls and a 7-Eleven inside the Private Community. A closed place with double security (entrance to the neighborhood and when accessing the subdivision), near major avenues that connect with the local municipalities. Invoice available.
