Apartment vacation rentals in Coahuila

It is a nice little space, the only thing anyone looking to book a place here should be aware of, it is a very busy location at night. Parking is a challenge, especially on the weekends. Towels, water, and some limited cookware and dishes are available (several pans, bowls, plates), enough for my fiance and I to enjoy a nice romantic dinner or two. The view was nice and was very convenient having an Oxxo convenience store within a 2 minute walk of the room. It does get a little noisy later into the night but by midnight, much of the chaos dies down and it is very quiet by 1a. There is a church nearby that rings its bell very early in the morning, at 6a, for most people, it wont be an issue, but as a very light sleeper, it was enough to wake me up, but as I said, its almost inaudible in the room, so it will not be an issue for most people. TV and internet were more than adequate with minimal interruptions, we were able to enjoy some late night tv.

Amazing place! Came to town for research purposes and it was the perfect spot to work, conduct interviews and meet with friends in the surrounding areas. The apartment had all I needed and the building had great amenities. Very safe overall. Want to come back already.

Safe and clean apartment with a 10 minute drive to all restaurants and locations. Great pool and amenities. Highly recommend for a stay in Monterrey.

Excellent place! The location is in the downtown area of MTY, less than 7 minutes from the Macroplaza, Parque Fundidora. If you are going to process a visa, it is 4 minutes to San Pedro, 14 minutes. The place matches the images they publish, clean, tidy with all the utensils in the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, all functional! The parking inside the tower and the assigned space in front of the elevators, safe and quiet area. We went for a walk and everything was fine!! If we go back!! If you have any questions, they will resolve them immediately with clear instructions!!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable with excellent decoration with a unique style, the unbeatable location, many restaurants in the area. I recommend the madalena, the communication was always pleasant and very fast, my wife had a medical appointment and they gave us all the facilities so that she could rest, I thank them for that gesture, we will definitely stay there again.

10 out of 10 Highly recommend this place super clean it’s a great place for a girls weekend, but keep in mind. The swimming pool is in full view of the camera. plenty of room to park two vehicles inside the property. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

Great place to stay if you looking to do stuff in the downtown area with a quiet neighborhood.

The stay was very good and the instructions for access were very clear, Gabriel allowed us to arrive a little before check-in time. The place is very close to downtown and tourist spots in Monterrey, and you can walk to it. I would stay here again without thinking about it.

The accommodation is more than comfortable and impeccable. In addition, the hosts are more than cordial and left us many amenities in the room that you only find in 5-star hotels. It was very much to my liking. I was more than satisfied with that room

The photographs shown are completely in line with what is offered; the living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is very clean and equipped. The room is very comfortable and very spacious, the air conditioning was very rewarding. In the bathroom, the jacuzzi takes the gold medal, if you plan to spend time relaxing in the tub. There is a store downstairs, so you won't have to struggle to buy a drink or snack to hang out. The windows offer excellent lighting and have no curtains, so it may give the impression of being observed from the street. Although it was not so; there is also a door that opens to the store's cellar, but it has a lock with a lock inside the airbnb so there should be no problems. I would definitely stay at this place again.
