We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. 22nd floor river view. The cleaning condition was good, and it had all the supplies. Individuals must bring their own water, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The view was nice and pleasant. The air conditioner performance was a bit poor, but it wasn't bad to use. The landlord was also kind and responded quickly. I want to stay again next time.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

I enjoyed my stay here, everything is very good. Will be back again. It's horrible here, there's anything you need.

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Annie's place is cleaned and in a very convenient apartment complex. It's also walkable to D1 and the city center while remaining on the quieter side of the river. I recommend staying here!

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Nice appartment in a very convenient condo in D7, next to D1

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, so I'm planning to stay again. ^^

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.
