We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet pigs. 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

Recently built luxury lodge! You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambience, and the location. Melberry lodge is great for all types of travellers. The property comfortably sleeps 4 as a double and king or a double and twin beds. Great rural location with fantastic local walks yet only 10 mins from the centre of Exeter and Exeter University. Hot tub is available for additional charge paid locally on arrival and must be booked at least 48hrs before arrival.
