We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental.

If you're a morning person, just like me, you're gonna love my place that faces the sunrise and has an abundance of light all day long. You're gonna be in the middle of everything, at 10 minutes walk to the central square and 5 to the central park. The building is from 1940 and the family that lived here were typographers. Our stay at Ioan’s house, I would describe it as a wonderful time. It was beyond our expectations. It is very homey, quiet and friendly. Very well equipped and clean. Close to city Center and public transport. The parking place in front of the house is “gold and diamonds”. Otherwise extremely difficult or impossible to find a spot on the street. Ioan and his partner Andreea are top host, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our 10 days stay, I would return with no hesitation and strongly recommend for any short or long trips to Cluj. Am petrecut un sejur minunat in casa lui Ioan. Tot ce este oferit este la superlativ.

Excellent! We and our furry friends had a great stay at Andras place. The house is beautiful as architecture, interior design very nice, very good communication with the host, we received all information that we needed, the house is very close to the center and well equipped. We had space and intimacy, so we'll be happy to visit again in the future.

Great place in quiet and safe area in Cluj. The host was responsive and it was an easy check in. The place looked just like the photos and was clean. Absolutely zero complains and would stay here again in a heartbeat

I highly recommend Tiny House accommodation Dezmir! We were very pleased with our time there. The location was impeccably clean and very well equipped with everything needed, especially the kitchen was excellently equipped. The view over the city is simply impressive, especially at night when the lights shine. Since the accommodation is located close to the airport, the view of the planes taking off and landing provided a special experience. It was a great place, we were greeted with cleanliness and the comfort was guaranteed.

Adrian and his team were brilliant, and always happy to help. drinks were cheap, location was perfect for Untold festival and the provided tents were a decent size.

The villa looks better in reality than the pictures. Incapers as well as the number of rooms and the ground floor is generous in size, the courtyard as well. There are enough activities to do even during the time we were (October end). The location on Airbnb shows it a little further than the village entrance where it is actually but we have received enough instructions on the phone to find the villa. Thank you!
